“I love this Costco Napa location. It is actually on the outskirts of the city. You get to it before Napa if coming from the Eastbay. This location is huge! I couldn't figure out where to go first. I didn't have a lot of time, so I'll have to come back to visit the entire warehouse. Thankfully, I came on a not too busy day. Upon entry, the store was bright, clean and very organized. The lady at the front welcomed me in. That was pleasant. There was aisle after aisle of visually appealing things to look at or sample. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Lol Whenever I needed help finding something, there was always an employee nearby. Oh, and the toilet paper in the bathroom was wonderful! I know that sounds funny to remark on, but it was so true! I didn't expect a soft and absorbant tissue. I am so thankful for that. I guess it's the little details that I really like. Whoever made the decision to put the 'good' toilet paper in the stalls, I say THANK YOU! If it was a mistake to put that great toilet paper in thr stalls I hope you don't get in trouble because you made my day Thank you for that experience. I look forward to coming back soon. Thanks Costco Napa!”

“My review is more about the consistent customer service that Greg in the Pharmacy provides than the store. He is always super friendly and waves if I am in the drive-thru. He goes out of his way to provide friendly service that is missing in so many parts of our society. Keep it up Greg, its appreciated!”
