Was just going to make a stop to poke around but had a few questions and Eli was on the spot with customer service and professional answers to my questions. Left with the boots I needed along with the comfort needed to get my job done.

“I was in Napa and happen to be at Bel Aire Plaza and realized Lark Shoes was here. I work in physical therapy and refer people here all the time for shoes and foot orthotics, but have never been to this store before, so I took opportunity to check them out. They have a good selection of supportive shoes such as Vionic, Dansko, Birkenstock, Allbirds, Topo, Born, etc. They do have some athletic shoes, but not as many as other supportive shoe stores. They sell mostly women's shoes, but they do have a small selection of men's shoes. Staff were very nice and helpful with any questions I had for them regarding the different orthotics they sell as well as questions about their different shoe brands. I would recommend coming here if you have some feet issues and are looking for a good pair of supportive shoes or foot orthotics.”

“We were recently in Napa Valley for vacation and my Wife loves Free People. The service was good.
My wife is a size xs. She found the items she liked in store and we ordered with the salesperson online.
It was a great suggestion and we didn’t have to pack it with us on the plane ride home.

“I traveled to Napa in May 2023 for my bachelorette party and purchased some earrings made by local jeweler. They quickly became my favorite earrings. Fast forward to December 2024, I was on a trip to Chicago and was wearing earrings. I realized at some point in the night that one had fallen out. I took a chance and looked up the name of the shop on my old credit card statement, called and spoke to the most gracious owner. She assured me that she only sells one person’s jewelry, contacted her, had me send a photo of the earring, got new ones made, shipped them to me in Tennessee and personally texted me the tracking number. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! I will absolutely be going back in the next time I visit Napa!”
“This is a shout for Julie at Lark Shoes in Napa Outlets. When the heel caps fell off a pair of boots I had purchased at the store, Julie went above and beyond to help me get a resolution. I don't live close to Napa, so Julie gave me her cell and we managed to get my boots repaired using the mail, so I didn't have to drive all the way back. She also contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to see if there was anything they could do. Julie kept a communication channel open at all stages of repair and even kept a new pair of boots aside for me, in case something happened during the repair or mailing process. She was also super nice and was a pleasure to do business with!”

“Nice place to shop one of my go too’s favorite they have really good deals on certain pairs. They have a Metcon 5s for 80 bucks and other good deals the store has good clothing. The socks are pretty expensive though.”

I always ignore the poor reviews, too many lack objectivity and seem to enjoy “being in their feelings”. Listen people, do not allow the negative perspectives of others to influence you. You were born with free will and your own minds. Use them.”
