“You know when it's going to be a great shopping day when you arrive at an Outlet Mall and the first store you walk into has a great selection in your size. Well we hit the jackpot here at ColeHaan coming away with sizes for both of us. Not only did they have what we ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes but the young gal who waited on us at 11:30 am on Friday morning was great. We always stop by at this store when we come to any Outlet but a pro tip is to come when they open and try to avoid the busy weekends.”
“This is a shout for Julie at Lark Shoes in Napa Outlets. When the heel caps fell off a pair of boots I had purchased at the store, Julie went above and beyond to help me get a resolution. I don't live close to Napa, so Julie gave me her cell and we managed to get my boots repaired using the mail, so I didn't have to drive all the way back. She also contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to see if there was anything they could do. Julie kept a communication channel open at all stages of repair and even kept a new pair of boots aside for me, in case something happened during the repair or mailing process. She was also super nice and was a pleasure to do business with!”

“I came in to the shop with a general idea of what I wanted and a very modest budget. They got me out the door completely set up with what I was looking for, under budget and I couldn't be happier with my bike/set up!Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable on the bikes they had displayed and told me what each models advantages and disadvantages were, areas I could upgrade in the future and things I didn't need at the moment that would only increase cost.I'm very appreciative of the way they treated me. I'm no expert on anything to do with bicycles, but when the staff talked to me, I didn't feel d*** or like a burden to them. That's all I can really ask for!”
“What a great store. Just went here for the first time ever and got three pairs of shoes. The staff was amazing, all of them, so professional and friendly. Staff is all amazing, people on the floor and the cashiers. Store is super clean, they really make a lot of effort to keep it all clean and organized since the customers do make a mess trying shoes on.Lots of markdowns. Great prices. Great selection. Great store. Clothes and shoes. Good women's shoe section. Lots of clothes also. I saw some cool bags too. Great store, can't wait to go back. Side note, the more expensive shoes are generally worth the extra cost at this particular location.”

“finally found a Red Wing location (Napa, CA) that sold me a boot that fit and was not told to stretch it out. Using great technology that told them my right foot was an H and my left foot was a EEE. They ordered me new boots and called as they stated and I love my new boots. Many years a Red Wing buyer and they all told me to buy a EE and stretch them out, painful!”
“I went in earlier today and the sales people greeted me and then gave me a few minutes to browse before asking me if there was anything I wanted to try on. Myra ended up helping me and was patient with me trying on a whole bunch of different boots and shoes and even suggested other things similar to what I was trying. I have a challenging sized foot to find shoes for (women's 10.5) but they had a good selection of things in my size. At the end I also mentioned that I had been thinking of trying out new insoles in the shoes I walked in wearing and Myra immediately pulled out a pair of insoles that fit my shoe perfectly and made my existing shoes more comfortable and supportive! It wasn't cheap but I guess quality products and helpful people are worth paying a bit more for. Will definitely be shopping here more in the future!”

“I like this store because they allow you to try the sneakers and return them if you are not happy.
