This bank has gone downhill really bad They made mistakes on my Accounts And they require masks but don't have them. They're also really bad with loans they are really lazy!!

Everyone is so nice and professional. For a large bank there is a small town feeling. I highly recommend Umqua Bank. Thank you to everyone who works there!

Since closing the branch near Home Depot, this is now the nearest branch to south Napa businesses. I have walked out twice due to long wait times, and will go out of my way to avoid this branch. Tellers are stellar, so I fault management.
