No workers have to wait 15 minutes to drop a package off ( one employee?) and the kiosk will not print my tag so I can leave making me late for work … very disappointed! Hire some workers!!

Showed up 20 minutes before closing time to find out they’re already closed. They need to update their hours of operation if they will be closing earlier than stated online.

I used to avoid this place because the lines were long and when you finally got to the counter, the staff seemed indifferent. Now, it's my go to. The lines move and the staff is really nice.

The UPS associate Herran in Napa was very helpful, polite, and extremely helpful in getting my package sent out. It was a very pleasant experience.
