Claire’s is a store that can host a birthday party. A manager texted before a party to make sure everything was ready. On the day, a main party host and a closing manager were there. The host connected with the girls and the moms were excited. Corporate thanked the staff for opening this avenue. A customer had a strange question and a kind service agent helped in person and over the phone, even though the customer couldn't find what was needed. Another customer felt a staff member said no in a harsh, impatient way, unlike other Claire’s that said yes. The customer was upset and will not use customer service email again. Ear piercing is also available. A customer got free earrings for a year, one pair each month, and had a sore. Another first‑time ear piercing was comfortable. Prices are good and the time was lovely.
I came here a little while back to accompany my sister for her first piercing. Ashlee was extremely kind and ensured that my sister felt comfortable and had the best experience possible!
