“I usually shop online at PAC Sun because the prices are lower and it’s always free shipping. I came into the store this time with my kids for early Xmas shopping. I found out that PAC Sun will match the online prices in store! I was taken care of by Joel who was extremely helpful. He made sure I got into my pac sun app and got my points for my purchases. I actually bought myself something because of how happy I was with the service and quality of the Zip Up Hoodies they have. I was able to find my size and my kids sizes easily. They have a great selection and all sizes. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this store and Joel. He made my experience very smooth and removed any friction to buying. I am happy with my purchases and so are my kids.”

“Oohhhh where do I begin, miss monae is the sweetest most patient person. As I'm about ready to give up and leave because I felt defeated and tired of honestly looking she just took over the entire experience, made me go get settled in a room with my 2 crazy kids and just took care of it all. She gave me so many options when I felt like there was none. She went above and beyond my expectations and I was sad to learn she is leaving the company, to pursue what makes her happy and she is one beautiful happy person. “We went to the JCPenney Fine Jewelry section. Tanaya, the attendant we had, was so incredibly helpful! We couldn't find any other jewelry with roses in the entire mall. Tanaya stuck with us the entire time and calmly managed our budget and our hopes. We found the perfect necklace!!!”

She was able to track down my information and confirm that I had insurance coverage. What really impressed me was that she took the time to call the warranty customer service line herself to make sure everything was handled correctly. Because of her extra effort, I'm getting my sunglasses replaced with a brand-new pair. Daniela has top-tier customer service skills and is genuinely helpful. Highly recommend seeing her!"”
