“I was looking for a good quality bedroom set. I went to all the big box furniture stores before visiting Budget Furniture outlet. Danny is the most honest, and straight forward business guy you’ll ever meet. He told me the price and it was less expensive than the other stores for similar quality. The beautiful bedroom set I bought was solid wood and one of the pieces weighed around 300 pounds. The delivery guys were able to get it up my stairs and unfortunately got scratches. I called Danny to let him know and a week later, he came himself to repair it. And he came with a smile on his face. He did an amazing job and looks as though there were no scratches to begin with. He truly cares about his customers. I will be a life long customer. I’ve attached before and after pictures and what the chest and dresser looks like.”

He was extremely knowledgeable about the different models of mattresses, and it was clear how much attention, engineering, and hard work went into their design and construction. The model we chose, the hybrid continental II, was so comfortable we almost fell asleep in the store! The warranty on the mattress will last 10 years, which is reassuring as well. Even the mattress protector has a built in warranty, where if the mattress beneath it stains, they replace the whole mattress for free!
