“Ordered my new zero gravity platform with Mike after my 9 year old platform died in an upright position on Sunday. Flawless transaction dealt with in 10 minutes. Delivered by Tony and Jesus this morning right on time, took maybe 15 minutes to haul my old platform away and get the new one set up. Thank you so much!!”

“I rarely write reviews, but JD earned this one. I spent weeks researching luxury mattresses, adjustable bases, latex construction, and comparing brands before making a decision. JD was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had, never pressured me, and took the time to explain the differences between the various Posh + Lavish models and adjustable base options. What stood out most was his honesty. At no point did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch. He focused on helping me find the right setup rather than simply selling me the most expensive one. As a fellow Navy veteran, it was also great connecting with someone who shares a similar background and values. JD treated me with professionalism, respect, and integrity from start to finish. I ultimately purchased a Posh + Lavish Reawaken Ultra Plush and MLILY MS600 adjustable base, and I feel confident that I made the right decision. The pricing was competitive, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience was excellent. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely focused on helping you find the right mattress, I highly recommend JD and Real Deal Sleep. Five stars.”

“We visited 2 Mattress Firm locations to try out several brands and options. Both sales agents were very helpful and informative and didn’t rush or pressure us when making our decisions. They have a large quality selection so that we could customize according to our individual preferences. Our new mattresses and frames were delivered the next day and they took away the old ones for us. We’re very happy with our new beds and recommend the company.”

“Your search is over. This is the only place in the entire county I would consider buying a mattress. I went through weeks of hell recently trying to find the right mattress. Here's what I learned: Go to a corporate store like Mattress Firm or Sleep Factory, etc. and be prepared to pay thousands of dollars! No thank you. Or buy your mattress online, sight unseen and it comes in a box compressed and can take up to 3 days to fully self inflate. Hope you have another place to sleep for that time period. Also you are charged if you need to return it. No thank you. Solution: Mattress Store San Diego. This generational family owned business offers up old school customer service that I haven't seen since I was a young man, and that was a lot of mattresses ago! I was able to take my time and even nap on the mattress I was interested in without any interruption. Delivery & haul-away service is priced incredibly reasonable also. You're getting a whole mattress, ready to go; and they even sell mattress protectors. I purchased an incredibly beautiful hybrid mattress (king-size) for around $1,000; which is awesome! Stop losing sleep over this, Mattress Store San Diego has 2 locations to serve you. Special shout out to Darren who was super helpful, patient & knowledgeable. Thank you Darren! Pleasant dreams 😴”

“We had such a great experience working with Johnny Barrera at Tempur-Pedic at UTC! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all of the different mattress options and firmness levels. He encouraged us to really take our time laying on each one and helped us understand the differences without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We both have specific sleep needs and back issues, and Johnny really listened to what we were looking for and helped us narrow down what would work best for us. He made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and comfortable. We really appreciated his patience, expertise, and genuine helpfulness. Highly recommend working with him.”

“This review is long overdue. I bought my Mattress from Neal back in April, he set an appointment for us right away, let us try all the mattresses we wanted and gave us time and no pressure to make our decision. I was very pleased by both the quality of service and the quality of the product at a very good price. The mattress is amazing, probably the best I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend buying your mattress here.”

“Mattress Pavilion is the hidden gem on Mirimar Road. Very knowledgeable staff. Angel was key in helping select the best bed suited to my sleep style. The owner (Jaya) provides superior customer experience. The prices are very competitive. This small business can certainly hold their own with the larger outlets.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Peter and Marcus at the Purple flagship store at UTC in La Jolla. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely wonderful to work with. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We actually visited all three mattress stores at the mall and tried Purple, Saatva, and Tempur-Pedic. For us, Purple was by far the most comfortable of the three. Peter and Marcus took plenty of time to explain the different Purple models, answer all of our questions, and help us find the right mattress without ever making us feel pressured. We also came into this purchase already knowing how much we love Purple. I have had a Purple 4 mattress at another property for about five years, and it has been fantastic. That mattress is now in one of my vacation rentals, and I can’t tell you how many guests have asked me what kind of bed it is because they slept so well and want to buy one for their own home! To me, that says an enormous amount about the comfort and quality of the mattress. After trying the other leading brands again, we still came back to Purple and purchased another one. Peter and Marcus made the whole experience exceptional. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I would absolutely recommend visiting the Purple store at UTC and asking for them. Between the quality of the mattress and the outstanding service, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.”

“I had an exceptional experience at Relax the Back Mission Valley, especially with Alan and Sherry. I came to the store in search of a solution to chronic lower back pain. The team at RTB was patient and answered all my questions. The provided an excellent experience when researching and evaluating a premium chair. I purchased an Anthros office chair on their recommendation, and it is the first chair to have made a major difference in alleviating my lower back pain. Thank you, Alan and Sherry, for an outstanding customer service experience!”

“I can't possibly say enough positive things about the staff, management, owner, and delivery service (Johnny in particular). The wall bed we purchased looks great; it's very comfortable; and highly functional. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Everyone said what they would do, and did what they said. I highly recommend this store for anyone who is looking to purchase a great bed and piece of furniture from a highly reliable and honest merchant.”

“Amazing staff who helped me find something beautiful for my balcony to give it just the tranquil touch it needed. Great tending to customer from start to finish, unlike the new patio store next to them whose employees do not even look up from their clipboard when you enter the store. Jeromes has quality items, excellent customer Service and a huge selection.”

“I was very pleased to have the owner deliver my grandmothers adjustable bed base. He personally went out of his way to deliver it. My 96 year old grandmother is unable to get out of bed she’s terminally ill, and Shawn made it happened the base was out of stock and he went out of his way to get it sooner for us. They took care of our family when we needed it the most. I recommend this store the staff has excellent customer service, veteran owned, and they work with you on payments and they get you the best deals possible. Ask for Shawn or Cesar or Sonia. Give them a try. By the way they are the new management!Thank you S&S furniture!”
