“We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Peter and Marcus at the Purple flagship store at UTC in La Jolla. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely wonderful to work with. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
We actually visited all three mattress stores at the mall and tried Purple, Saatva, and Tempur-Pedic. For us, Purple was by far the most comfortable of the three. Peter and Marcus took plenty of time to explain the different Purple models, answer all of our questions, and help us find the right mattress without ever making us feel pressured.
We also came into this purchase already knowing how much we love Purple. I have had a Purple 4 mattress at another property for about five years, and it has been fantastic. That mattress is now in one of my vacation rentals, and I can’t tell you how many guests have asked me what kind of bed it is because they slept so well and want to buy one for their own home! To me, that says an enormous amount about the comfort and quality of the mattress.
After trying the other leading brands again, we still came back to Purple and purchased another one.
Peter and Marcus made the whole experience exceptional. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I would absolutely recommend visiting the Purple store at UTC and asking for them. Between the quality of the mattress and the outstanding service, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.”
