“*2017 Jeep JK*I can’t thank Carlos and the MCI crew for fitting me in their schedule enough! My pins in my rear calipers were seized and not cycling like they should, one of the pins/bolt broke inside the bracket and instead of ordering new brackets/calipers and costing me more money they painstakingly drilled out the stuck pin/bolt and made it work! Upon receiving my Jeep, my brakes were night and day deference! I haven’t felt my brakes like that since the day rolled my Jeep off the dealership lot They were so professional, kind, and obviously patient and knowledgeable in getting that annoying job completed ?????”
