“FULLY REBUILT A FAMILY MEMBERS TRANSMISSION ON FORD ESCAPE 2010. REALLY NOT SURE WHERE TO LOOK FOR A GOOD SHOP LIKE THIS FOR THIS SPECIFIC WORK, AND WE USED OUR BEST JUDGMENT AND WE DEFINETLY MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER TRANSMISSION AND RELATED SHOPS AND YOU NEVER KNOW IF THEY WILL DO GOOD WORK OR CHARGE TO MUCH, IT CAN BE A MAJOR HEADACHE. THIS SHOP IS A GREAT SHOP. PRICE WAS FAIR, THEY DID GREAT WORK, AND IT WAS A PRETTY QUICK TURN AROUND. NO HEADACHE. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT GONE, TRANSMISSION GOOD TO GO WITH A WARRANTY TOO.”

“Tim is the only kind, honest, and knowledgeable mechanic who didn't tell me to change my 2011 Countryman's engine. The dealer told me to sell my car or change the engine over 5 yrs ago. “*2017 Jeep JK*I can’t thank Carlos and the MCI crew for fitting me in their schedule enough! My pins in my rear calipers were seized and not cycling like they should, one of the pins/bolt broke inside the bracket and instead of ordering new brackets/calipers and costing me more money they painstakingly drilled out the stuck pin/bolt and made it work! Upon receiving my Jeep, my brakes were night and day deference! I haven’t felt my brakes like that since the day rolled my Jeep off the dealership lot They were so professional, kind, and obviously patient and knowledgeable in getting that annoying job completed ?????”

“Jose is great. He has the best prices. I have recommended multiple people to take thier cars here and they are all happy with the work. He has done work on multiple cars for me, 3 transmissions, exhaust manifolds, sensors, radiators etc. I have gone down with friends who are concerned about something with thier car and he will take a look for free and more often than not he says thats normal, VS claiming something is wrong and trying to make money off us. He does tend to take a bit longer, so if you need a quick turn around he might not be your guy. He is sometimes hard to get ahold of sometimes but he will call you back. He covers his transmissions under warranty for a year and stands by it, if I have ever have a he covers it no charge. If you have the time and want to same some money this is the place.
