“I only just had my first experience with Mission Valley Pet Clinic, but I was so happy with everyone there! The girls at the front desk were so kind and helpful, both in person and on the phone. I called on a Friday and got a Tuesday appointment, which I think is fast for San Diego. We saw Dr Casemier, and he might be the most informative, patient, kind and understanding vet I have ever experienced. My previous vet used to spend about 2 minutes with us and then rush me out of the office. Dr Casemier took the time to explain all the illnesses we could rule out for my cat, what his bloodwork meant, and walked me through options for moving forward. I think he was with us for 20 minutes or more. I love it here, my cat tolerates it here, and we will definitely be back.”
“ABC Vet is the best! I have 2 dogs that are really scared at the vet so their new Mobile Practice is great because they are less fearful. Their staff is so nice and accommodating - prices are good for the mobile practice too! Thank you ABC for taking care of my dogs.”

“I've been coming here for several years and have always had great experiences. There are several vets and all of them are kind, helpful, and compassionate. The techs and front-of-house are really lovely, and have always been very easy to schedule with (and are even open Sundays which is uncommon and very appreciated). I think pricing is comparable to many other vets in the area, and has never felt exploitative (which I've experienced elsewhere).They handled continuing service during Covid really well, and the new-ish expansion is really great.”

“Pacific Pet Hospital came highly recommended by family and friends when I moved to Chula Vista with my dog, Roxie. The office was well appointed, front desk staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, Dr Humphrey was thorough and put my Chihuahua/Papillion (yes, a "nervous" type) at ease and explained everything to my satisfaction, and the back end staff was wonderful as well. PPH will definitely be seeing us regularly!”
“From the moment we enter the clinic we are always treated to an array of sights and sounds. The staff is constantly moving about making sure that not only "the parents" are kept informed and assured but that their pets are also calmed as much as possible. Dr Francioli is unbelievable. When she entered our exam area her smile and calming energy just enveloped the room. Our cat Jackson immediately settled in and approached her to be picked up and adored! Mission accomplished. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone!”

They review his record ahead of time to ensure they are working with him how he wants. Thorough exam and even detailed follow up emails of the exam. I drive from Lemon Grove. Well worth it!!”

“Took my pomeranian Owen here today for his first teeth cleaning. I was so nervous at first but left very satisfied. I never knew my dog's teeth could become so white and without anesthesia was a huge plus. This place is also affordable compared to the 2-3k for a dental cleaning at a regular vets office. I will be recommending this place to all my pet parents and will be taking Owen back for dental cleanings.”
“This review is for the boarding facility!! Incredible. We needed to board our babies (3 pups) for almost 2 weeks and Cabrillo pet care center was incredible. I know our babies were well taken care of based on the way they were when we picked them up! One of our dogs is very high maintenance/ anxiety on quite a few meds and based on how she was at pick up, I know she was comfortable and felt safe. I did add baths for before pick up and they smelled so good!! Definitely recommend. (We also added walks every other day!)”

“We are fortunate a couple we randomly met referred us to Dr. Rhoades and Town and Country a couple years back. Dr. Rhoades carved out 45 minutes to thoroughly cover all options during an end of life conversation for our little man Jack. We unequivocally trust Dr. Rhoades and would only allow him to help us make this decision. I read the couple bad reviews below and I would say to form your own opinion. Dr. Rhoades is very thorough in explaining all options and that may feel like he is “pushing” services, but it’s not the case as he always reinforces it’s your decision. I also recommend Nationwide insurance for any pet owner if you can afford the monthly premiums.”
“If I could give Dr. Laing and her team 10 stars I would. My vet was one of the best visits I’ve encountered. She was thorough with instructions, handled my pet with ease and gentleness, her prices were extremely reasonable and not the type of doctor whom takes advantage on needing extra exams to take pay.I’m extremely satisfied with her care and personality. Great work. I 100% recommend The Pet Clinic and Dr. Laing.”

“I was referred to this Hospital by my regular vet because Dr Darnell is known as an expert in FIP disease. The staff was wonderful with my cat. Dr Darnell made some recommendations, and prescribed some meds, and then asked me to call her with an update on a specific day. I called and she returned my call in a timely manner. We discussed my cats situation and she gave me some direction and asked me to call her again in a couple of day. I'm very happy with the treatment my cat is receiving.”
“Where do I start? I have gone to Mission Valley Pet clinic for 14 years. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and doctors and the compassion they have for all our for babies. Sarah is the best, she has been there a long time and you can tell she loves what she does. Our 14-year-old corgi went to see her every month for a pedicure and I think she was excited to see her as our corgi was to see Sarah. Thank you for all you do for us .”
“I love love love this vet, I take my dog Kobe beef here all of the time. Everyone is super helpful and kind!!! Highly recommend. My dog is a rescue and gets super nervous and on edge around dogs and people (he's a chihuahua mix) and they make him feel super safe!!! 10/10”

She explained how the business is growing, what improvements they've making, and listened to my feedback. I caught them on a very busy day, so I ended up not really having the experience I expected. I had mentioned in my feedback that everyone seems nice. When she called and spoke to me, she definitely proved it! I genuinely felt like she cared about what I had to say and valued my time. “I highly recommend Kensington Veterinary Hospital for your pets care.Since my chocolate lab (Jake) was a puppy (2009) and for his entire life, the incredibly caring and competent veterinarians and staff at Kensington Vet have been overseeing his health and well being and did a truly wonderful job. He made it to 15 years old and with the good guidance of Kensington Vet, was a happy and healthy pup for all of those years.Throughout his time there, he saw most every doctor at Kensington Vet including Dr. Gossard, Dr. Seitz, Dr. Unger, Dr. Valdez and Dr. Mason. They were all so kind, gave him lots of love and the best care you could ask for (even if that meant recommending that we see a specialist elsewhere).For his last 5 years or so, he mostly saw Dr. Gossard as she also does the acupuncture treatments (which really helped with his arthritis). Her incredible kindness and caring bedside manner felt like Jake was as much her dog as he was ours. You can’t ask for more than that from your vet.I also really appreciated the fact that over his lifetime they didn’t oversell or overprescribe for his care. They would always layout options and give us recommendations (mostly from a holistic perspective), which I really appreciated as other vets often overprescribe. Thankfully, Jake was rarely medicated until his last year or so when he needed it to manage pain.Dr. Gossard and her entire staff are one of the big reasons why my pup lived a happy and healthy life to the ripe old age of 15 and I’m so grateful to them for that. I recommend Kensington Vet with my highest praise and when I’m ready for my next dog, they will definitely be my veterinarian of choice.”

“This is a really great vet, they took care of my 16 year old elderly cats dental work, and helped us find a flea medicine that actually worked which is amazing cause he is allegic and was miserable.Two years later and they are helping him with a case of the diabetes.They are well priced, and the new dr Dhalhiwal is just as nice as dr Fox was.”
