“The whole vibe of the shop is so welcoming & friendly- plus they are always playing the best music & they’re dog friendly! My pup loves it when we stop by for one of their little heart shaped treats. I could spend all day shopping and chatting it up with Ellie or whoever else is working the shop that day. Every encounter is genuine, down to earth & uplifting. They know their products and are great at putting together gift bundles. Beautifully curated- and so fun that there’s 2 stories to explore. “I’m normally not a souvenir person and shy away from those places, but mama madrone’s eco-emporium was the perfect one stop shop for gifts for friends and family back on the East Coast. My favorites were the suuuuper soft Nevada City tshirts and the wooden bowls by Greg Mason, a local artist. The employees were sweet and chill both times I stopped in. (The first time I had to run out to catch a movie, but returned the next day, knowing that I’d find everything I needed here.)”
