All Brauns Towing Inc. is a professional towing company based in Newark, CA, serving the surrounding areas with reliable and prompt services. They specialize in private impound towing and parking enforcement, making sure property owners and managers have dependable solutions. The company also offers 24/7 roadside assistance, helping drivers with lockouts, jump-starts, and other emergencies. Customers appreciate their professionalism and helpful attitude, especially when dealing with towing from apartments or during urgent situations. The staff is described as very nice and empathetic, with specific praise for an employee who was kind and explained procedures clearly despite the job's difficulties. However, some reviews highlight concerns about their policies. The company is noted for having strict rules, such as no fee waivers or reductions, which can be difficult for people with financial hardships. For example, a customer’s friend, who is homeless and living out of his vehicle, was unable to get any fee reduction despite his circumstances. Thankfully, he received help from a Good Samaritan to pay the fee, but this situation points to a lack of options for those in need. Customers are advised to follow the rules closely when parking or dealing with impounds, as the company tends to tow quickly and efficiently. Additionally, buyers should be aware that the company operates two locations, and vehicle pickup may require visiting both sites, so extra time should be planned accordingly. Overall, All Brauns Towing Inc. is a reliable, professional towing service that provides essential support with a focus on timely response and customer service, though policies on fees may not accommodate everyone’s financial situation.
They towed my car and aren't here when i am here to pick my car. They are literally just holding the car. The person is not here and is running late by an hour at this point.

I’m here to give them a 1-star review. I saw their 1.5-star rating, and that tells you everything. I’ve never seen a business with a 1.5-star rating.

Our rental car was towed because we parked in a restricted area but the sign was facing in the other direction. This is the sign which faced the parking spots.
