“Brian, who owns this place is super nice and very knowledgeable. He always looks out for you and your car. On several occasions he has recommended me not to do various replacements and unnecessary services, which other mechanics wouldn't have done. He genuinely cares for your vehicle. Hence you will always find him super busy with his loyal customers and growing business.”

“Easy Towing was courteous, professional and took care of my car perfectly. They communicated throughout the whole process from when I first called them to their arrival time. They provided photos from pickup to drop-off to give you peace of mind that everything went safe and smooth.”
“Thank you so much we really did appreciate all your hard work. Our tour truck trigger was on time, efficient, and super nice. They were having some communication issues but they were still really responsive despite them. The price for the tow was competitive and right what we were estimating, so we were happy with the service. We will definitely recommend and use them again!!Services: Battery”

“Really appreciate how helpful and empathetic Ace, Alex and the team were. From the time I called to ask if they could help in our situation, he had his tow company out to our site within a half hour. He took us back to his shop, and took the time to help us understand the choices we had and worked promptly with our insurance. Highly recommend!”

“I got a tow from Popular Towing yesterday from Monterey to Soquel. For some odd reason I didn't have to sign any paperwork. The two truck drivers in the black tow truck were busy but got me home.”

“I needed a tow late on a very rainy Friday night to drop off my car at a tire shop in Fremont. This shop provided excellent customer service from the beginning to end. Dispatch center kept me informed with text update . I was given a 60 minute arrival time window and driver arrived to help me in 15 minutes. That almost never happens. Tow driver Ray was very pleasant . Ray made sure both my car and myself were safe. And took care of securing my car on tow rack in a very safe timely manner. I wanted to thank this very kind and fully capable tow provider for getting my car and myself to the tire center safely.”
“Listen they tow cars, not a good way to make friends or 5 star reviews. However they are very professional, provide prompt service, very nice and helpful. If you see their name as the towing service for an apartment, follow the rules, they tow quiet and fast. If you need a tow company they are a solid choice.”

“Absolutely recommend this place! The owner is professional, honest, and reasonably priced. I came here before for my brake pads and had a great experience. Today I came back for a brake light, and he replaced it in less than 10 minutes for free! Amazing service. Definitely my go-to mechanic!”
