Aloft Silicon Valley is a modern hotel in Newark near the Dumbarton Bridge. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and very clean, with comfortable beds, bathtubs, and separate showers. Some rooms feature a small kitchenette with a refrigerator. Guests note the hotel is excellent for the price and good for quick stays. The staff is friendly, super nice, and very kind. The hotel has a well-equipped bar with a professional bartender, serving tasty food, drinks, and appetizers, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner available. There is plenty of parking and convenient Tesla chargers on site. Some drawbacks are mentioned. The hotel is company-centric, often hosting loud parties in the main lobby, and doors are not sound-deafening. The room's AC has a motion sensor and can stop cooling, the lighting design is inconvenient, and the TV can be unreliable. Pillows and towels could be more comfortable and plentiful. Despite this, many guests highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.
