“We were in this area to deal with some family issues and decided to stay here for a long stay since it was close to the area we needed to be at. Everything about this hotel was wonderful.The staff were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were nice sized, with a full refrigerator and kitchen, dishes, glassware, silverware, etc. I requested a quieter room and was very happy with our room. We had a couple lights burned out, but they came up and fixed it right away. I would get texts every few days asking how our stay was going and if we needed anything. It was nice getting follow up texts. I can't say enough good things about this place.The beds are so comfortable and I slept so good for the time we were there, which usually doesn't happen when I travel. The breakfast buffet was very good too. I enjoyed the yogurt bar. The hotel lobby was decorated in Christmas decor, which just made the stay that much more special.We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Thank you staff for making our stay so wonderful.Rooms: Beds are so comfortable”

“I love the customer service at this location. The energy is positive & the employees seem happy. Great customer service is experienced when the employees providing it are in a good working environment. I received smiles & salutations from everyone I encountered. Asking me if I was okay, had everything I needed & pointed out all the amenities.Rooms: The rooms are clean, warm and welcoming. The beds are comfortable, sound proofed. I have no problem falling asleep.Nearby activities: There's a number of great food choices in the immediate walking or driving vicinity. Multiple supermarkets and shopping in walking distance or very nearby.Safety: The on-site security does their job well. Effective and nearly invisible. I didn't feel apprehensive about leaving my vehicle or personal items in my hotel room.Walkability: Stores, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance.Food & drinks: The breakfast & dinner buffets offered at the restaurant are very good and filling.Noteworthy details: Very warm and friendly vibe from this establishment.”

“Convenient location for the area. Rooms are a good size and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in the future. Plenty of free parking if you have a car rental.Rooms: Clean and well maintained.”

“We have been staying here 3 weeks at a time & then we left for 2 days and came back to stay another 3 weeks. We travel for my husband's job. We have stayed at numerous kitchenette type hotels in the last 8 yrs. Chase is one of the nicest we have stayed at. Glass top stoves, dishwasher, full size refrigerator!! The sofa has a chase lounge on one side of it and it has a fireplace!! ??Large bedroom with a king size bed. A very good breakfast that has a variety of options and we love the fresh fruit which is Cantaloupe & Honeydew and big red seedless grapes also on Wednesdays they have yummy crispy bacon. Hot coffee and tea and love the honey packets for my tea!! Has a pool & jacuzzi too. Ample parking. The first 3 weeks were super quiet. This time on Friday night a big & very loud party right across from us. It ended at 11:30 pm but restarted at 1:30 am!!! It got shut down within 5 minutes by security. Which I was very happy about. Hopefully they lost their deposit . The only other complaint is our TV in the bedroom needs to be replaced as it has 4 bright light spots in it making it difficult to see. We did report it on our last stay and when we came back we got the same room and it had not been replaced. It's not fixable so they need to replace it. Overall one of the best we have stayed at. We would highly recommend Chase Suites in Newark!! A huge shout out to an awesome front desk staff too!! ??Rooms: Large size rooms with a king size bed & small TV. Large sink vanity with shelf underneath. We like that the toilet & shower are separate with a door. The room has double doors that you can close off from the living room!! Love this option!!Nearby activities: You can walk to Lazy Dog, Jack in the box, Taco Bell and a liquor store.Walkability: Across the street is a huge strip mall . On the back side is the Newark Mall and a Costco is soon to open. All walkable.Noteworthy details: The dishwasher and fireplace are fantastic to have to use while staying here.”

“This is my very first time to get a room at this property. I wanted to pay in advance since I wanted to surprise my daughter in law to be for an early birthday before her vacation. Three days before the actual stay the front desk and manager was very welcoming. The actual day of the lady Elsa at the front was extremely professional I thought she was the manager and shared about the hotels facilities recreation, breakfast and even places that would benefit the guests. I never felt so welcome this lady deserves recognition and a promotion! Thank you so much we will definitely recommend this property and will be future guests.”

“Everyone here has been nothing but helpful and kind to my daughter and I. Ken (the manager when we started staying there he's been transferred) didn't seem to be the friendliest of people but he warmed up to some people and made a few jokes. Now the women in the office ARE THE BEST!!! Lisa, My girl Elaysha, Sylvia and Lindsey Y'ALL ARE REALLY THE BEST y'all deserve raises with what you put up with there. My daughter and I want to THANK YOU for your KINDNESS. If it weren't for all of you I wouldn't have even left a review. I SINCERELY hope the owners/management realize they got the best office team.Dawn( new manager) seems to be ok I didn't have any interactions with her.
