Claire's is a good and decent place for ear piercing services. The staff are pleasant and efficient, with experienced piercers available. They are careful, spotting and marking previous pierrings and getting approval before proceeding quickly. The district manager is helpful, providing assurance, options, and keeping in constant touch to ensure a smooth process. It is noted that the working hours can be hard to catch up with, as the store sometimes closes earlier than displayed or takes breaks. Communication with corporate via email could be easier. Overall, the service at Claire's, particularly at the Stoneridge Mall location, is great.

Went there to have my son’s ears pierced ( for the second time). The staff lady ( with braces) was very pleasant and efficient . She spotted & marked the previous piercing , got my ok and did it quickly !
