“Based on the day, and time of day you may encounter a friendly staff member who will smile at you from behind their face masks. But that's okay, because they assist the customers when needed and aren't rude. Not everyone is about making small talk when checking out and that's okay. I always make large purchases of close to $100 dollars for my job. At least twice a month. So you can imagine the people behind me in the checkout line are pretty annoyed and frustrated for my large transaction. Especially when there is only one cashier. But the cashiers never give me any negative vibes. They are always courteous and polite, even when we can all hear the customers in line complaining.”

“This particular Ross is the nicest in the area. It's generally clean and organized. Special shout out for outstanding customer service today from Amanda. I purchased a large rug and a set of kitchen tongs a couple days ago. In my excitement over the rug, I forgot to take the tongs. I went back for them today and was slightly concerned they might not honor my receipt since there is no way for me to necessarily prove I left them there. Luckily Amanda was there today and she remembered me from the other night and had saved the tongs. She was friendly and helpful the other night, and just as friendly and helpful today. This type of professionalism and service seems more and more rare, especially in retail these days. So it's important to recognize.”
