I stayed at home all day waiting for my signature-required package. FedEx falsely claimed they attempted to deliver it, but no one was at home because there wasn’t even a door tag left. I’m really upset about this experience.

Never, ever use them for shipping… do yourself a huge favor. Never get any shipments on time. Customer service gives you the runaround and different stories while their own app is giving me the information. Always disappointed.

This hub services my delivery area for my business and since last week have been scanning my packages as future delivery requested and business closed. No I didn’t request a future delivery and my business hasn’t been closed. We’re open 7 days a week regardless of holidays we are open. Do the job you’re hired to do and deliver my packages.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received here. The night after making an order, I noticed the address was wrong. I called the company to change the address and they told me it was too late. I would just have to wait for it to be returned to sender. I was still watching the shipping updates and holding out hope. I knew that the package was supposed to arrive today and was most recently in Newark. At 8:30 this morning, I get a call from the Newark office telling me that the driver wanted to know my building number. Never have I ever had a driver/shipping office reach out to me about an address mistake. It was incredible to me that the team here was so dedicated to get me my package that they called me and asked for the address. Especially during this holiday season!

Newark fedex ground is a disgrace to any shipping company, i am amazed how these folks still in business considering they are overpriced and have the worst customer service and delivery service, and worst by far

Ok now I realize why this place has 1 star lol. Absolutely incompetent people work for FedEx an this company should be shut down period nothing but knowledge less mean rude people work at this location no help what's so ever wouldn't even let me get a word out kept cutting me off an talking over me an tells me I can't pick anything up here the package isn't here an i was sent here by FedEx Corp to this address soon as I got here rude from the start ruined the whole experience rude disrespectful people I highly recommend you use usps or ups this does not go on at those other places I'm an ex ups employee an I know first hand this does not go on there FedEx step up your work environments people are miserable working for you

I hate FEDEX, and wish you guys would go out of business. The worst shipping company, hands down. I’ve had many packages with UPS, USPS, and they are never this bad! I’m serious, this is not an exaggeration! My packages with Fed-ex are always, days late. 5-7 days late. Right now it’s because it’s stuck in Newark for 4 days. But the weird thing is, it came from LA, and I’m in San Jose, and the package went to Sacramento, and then now in Newark. That is so inefficient!!!
I’ve ordered many packages in the last month, and even when I ordered through UPS a week later than Fed-ex, UPS still gets to me first. So you have no excuse FEDEX….

FedEx lied, they made a claim that they tried to deliver and nobody was home. Only catch, we were home when the claimed delivery happened and we were actually waiting for the delivery. And of course the FedEx App or website does not provide any way to give that feedback. And this it not the first time we are experiencing this issue. Worst of all, FedEx seems not to care.

Last three deliveries from here have epically failed. First, FedEx said our address didn't exist and just didn't deliver the item. Had to have the company resend it. This week, they said two packages were delivered but they were not found at or around our property and someone was home the whole day. I will never intentionally trust FedEx with a delivery. Such a headache.

Drivers from this facility never deliver the items. They just mark it as customer not available or business hours closed without even trying. Happened so many times. I am surprised why there are no consequences!!!

I missed my package the first time and then they faked the next two attempts. They lied in SMS that they tried to deliver it. What a joke of a service. Just be open to your customers that only one attempt will be made to deliver then deceiving customers.

Drivers from this facility constantly ignore any package that requires a signature. They either fake the signature or do an “attempted delivery” where no one actually comes to the door. This has consistently been going on for three years. Even for packages that require government ID they will fake either the signature or the delivery attempt.
Edit: drivers or handlers at this facility have also stolen returned electronics directly out of the package. I know because a company tracked the location of the electronic after it was stolen and it was stolen right after being picked up by a driver.

Fedex ground service is garbage. The facility in Newark will place future delivery of a package, even though the recipient has never requested. The customer service is garbage too, the agents are located in India and provides absolutely no help. I am curious how Fedex can stay in business with this kind of customer service.
