The delivery guy Pete, with no teeth assured me my items will be returned to shipper.. now it show this guy delivered it . And I’m out few hundred dollars. Merchant just as horrible..

This place is the most unprofessional delivery service, I lose more stuff from Grainger orders than I receive, the drivers are impatient and just claimed to Grainger that my building is closed. We have been in business for 25 years. I'm hoping Grainger cuts ties with this group they are the worst.
