“I have to say I'm glad I didn't read the reviews first like I normally do when trying to pick a place or service. For this I went completely off of friends' recommendations and them sharing their own positive experiences. That was enough for me to give a call to Bath Fitters and schedule an appointment. From the first time I called and throughout the entire process, customer service and communication was top priority for this company. Ken, the salesman, has been so incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process. He is very knowledgeable and has delivered exactly what he promised. Not only did he answer all of my questions but he continued to follow up on my 2 projects. Chris, the scheduler at the Newark office has been equally responsive with all communication. He always calls back and texts immediately if I have any questions. I feel both of them are extremely dedicated to providing the best customer service experience and the best outcome for the project. They take the customer's goals seriously. Juan, the lead installer, is a highly skilled and hard-working professional. This was a challenging project on many levels and he completed it, not only perfectly, but right on schedule. Juan and his assistants were courteous and incredibly meticulous, making sure to put drop-downs and even blew out the garage and driveway before they left. I am so happy with the results and I encourage you if you're considering getting your shower or bathtub redone to give Bath Fitters a call because you will not be disappointed. I did learn that since March they have been under new management which could be the reason why my experience was so different from those that reviewed prior to mine. So if you are going to go off of any reviews, I really hope that you take mine into serious consideration because this company has been amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends, family and those of you reading this.Services: Shower refinishing”

“We hired HB to do our master bath remodel and they did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Communication was seamless - the Project Manager Aidan was always quick to respond via text/email to any questions I had during the remodel, and was was very knowledgeable about the whole process. The crew did their best to keep the house clean (covered floor and carpet with cardboard and plastic sheeting, vacuuming debri/dust, etc) which was much appreciated as we lived there with a toddler during the renovations. They worked very quickly and even finished the project ahead of schedule.Highly recommend HB for any home renovation work - we were very pleased with how everything turned out!”

The office staff and installation crew, Robert and Mario, arrived on time and were careful to leave the bathroom area very clean when they finished the project. “This is the update of my previous review including the picture and the correct owner name Mr. Perry My house was built in 1989. The entire house's cabinets are wood / real wood that I like more than typical now a day cabinets made of particle board core and then laminated veneer surface. In 2012 one of my cabinet door cracked, and I made a mistake by threw it away; Then when I called variety of cabinet companies around the bay area including chain stores Home Depot and Lowes etc. for a quote of making a cabinet door; I found out that they do not want a job of making one cabinet door. Instead they try to sell / suggest to replace entire and all cabinet doors with the laminated veneer doors (i.e. re-facing job) . Eventually I found Fremont Cabinet & Fixture Co Inc, the owner Mr. Perry was so nice and agreed to help out with such a small job. The result of the custom made cabinet door is fantastic. Please see the attached picture that shows the left cabinet door is the replaced custom made in 2012; the right cabinet door is the original cabinet door since 1989. The doors' groves and stained colors of the wood look identical. And the best part is that Mr. Perry charged a very reasonably price, around $100 which saved me a lot of money comparing with the costly option of re-facing all cabinet doors. Mr. Perry told me that next time if I have a cracked cabinet door, save the pieces and he can glue them back together. I highly recommend the Fremont Cabinet & Fixture Co Inc 510-651-8161”

“You will get high quality European style cabinets and hardware. They provide complete service from design all the way to installation. they also have very nice hardware options to chose from. Designer, that we worked with, (Cynthia) was respectful and professional and what we received as final product was a perfect match with what she rendered. The only thing you need to be aware of is the time it takes to receive the cabinets as they are shipped by ship from Europe (which is not unique to European Cabinets). Overall, happy with the outcome and totally recommend their products.”

Throughout the process, Chen was instrumental with assisting us - with design, product, scheduling (templating, fabrication, install), and constant status followups. She was very professional and extremely great to work with. The templating/fabrication/install team was amazing! “This is my go to store for building supplies for our home. We just purchased a set of cabinets, lights, etc. Pricing is excellent! The staff was excellent. After we had chosen our selection the staff took the time to assure that we not only had the right configuration but made suggestions on how we could enhance the cabinets with lighting. They called when the cabinets were assembled and when we needed to return two excess parts Nicky at the return desk was really helpful. We will return again!”

“Overall great experience with Bedrosians and the store- the tile (Cloe in white) is beautiful, there were no broken tiles in the boxes, good quality and one of not many tile store where you can return unopened boxes if you have some left over. After reading some negative comments (not in relation to Hayward store but overall Bedrosians customer service) I have to say my experience has been great.”

“During the fall of 2020, we needed appliances for our kitchen remodel at our home in Marin. We found Appliance Leaders by doing an online search for the appliances we wanted (Dacor and Miele) as we prefer to support local businesses.Shawn and his team were very open, warm, and gracious; a welcomed experience especially during covid. Shawn was very honest and informative when responding to questions we had. He was fully engaged, and clearly understood our aesthetics and needs which made him effective when showing us different options. We felt at ease, took our time looking around (we brought our dog too!), and didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. Ultimately, we selected 4 Miele appliances, a Dacor hood and range, a Dacor freezer column, and a Dacor refrigerator column.
