“Had fury 4 clawed visitors in kitchen and backyard recently. Came here to get some snacks for them to chew on. Associates here were helpful. The self check out had associates ringing up sales. Didn't know that one can't tap pay terminal. It's either slide or insert card into slot. Pricing of the mouse snack (8.95) is standard thruout the industry as it's essential a duopoly between 2 big nationwide chain stores. The product was working as soon i placed it against a door corner. Didn't need to open package. Just bringing in jnto the house deterred the fury critters from visiting again. Coincidentally a female cat who "claims" our house is hers by defecating all over same was standing at our backdoor sliding door. No doubt she wants credit for our visitors vanishing. I know an opportunistic cat when i see 1.”
“I’ve been looking for nice pots in the peninsula and I haven’t been able to find ones. Some of the ones I was able to find at retail or small nurseries here in South Bay and are pretty expensive. I found this place and I know it’s a little far but honestly worth the drive. I came back home with several pots, little trays for them, soil and another plant. All under 90$. People there were also very helpful”

“- Virtual event: Rosewood Medicinal Native Garden, a talk by Radhika Thekkath - This talk will feature an in-depth visit to the Rosewood Medicinal Native Garden, one of the gardens on the 2021 Going Native Garden Tour. Come on a tour to a suburban garden stocked with native plants valued for their medicinal value. The Rosewood Palo Alto garden is about 12 years old, converted from non-native grass to native plant areas. The garden features a pond with waterfall and bathing area for birds and wildlife, a native pollinator meadow, edible fruits, and a compost area. The tour will be followed by a question and answer session with the garden owner. This talk is part of the 2021 Going Native Garden Tour, which started in April, and is providing virtual tours throughout the year. Radhika Thekkath is a retired computer scientist who has been gardening with native plants and has been an active member of our Chapter for over ten years. She recently returned to California after a three year stay in Washington state. “This Walmart is a relatively large Walmart in the South Bay! Some other Walmarts are super small, like ordinary supermarkets, but this one is a super center of Walmart. It sells freshly fried chicken strips, fried chicken legs, French fries, spring rolls... and even provides hot food! So if you don’t want to spend too much money eating at restaurants while traveling, this Walmart is a great choice! Only Walmart Supercenters provide hot food!
There are many people who look like illegal immigrants in the parking lot selling fruits and other products, but it doesn't make people feel unsafe.

Now that I am getting up in years, their delivery services—especially for larger items is really helpful. “My wife and I have undertaken the daunting job of upgrading our home.The first thing on the list was our kitchen appliance suite.We shopped many stores and purveyors of appliances... and I mean MANY.Our first replacement was the refrigerator. We found that this HD store and its service, personnel and subcontractors, stands apart.As indicated, we shopped refrigerators and ended up back at this HD store. Our decision was a result of selection, the sales personnel and after sales service.We purchased the refrigerator and it was installed. We were totally pleased.We then, a month later, shopped for a dishwasher. Once again, shopped around. Ended up back at this store. Again, totally satisfied.Stove/oven, same process.
