“Shear Therapy is a wonderful place to get your hair cut and colored! The salon is very cozy and comfortable. They always offer coffee, tea or water when I am getting my hair done. It's a nice place to relax during your appointment. I have been going to Elizabeth for the past few years and she has done a fabulous job with my hair color and cut. She is very friendly, easy to talk to and I completely trust her with my hair! She listens to my concerns always gives me her honest opinions. She runs on time and never has to cancel or change appointments! My daughter has gotten her hair cut and colored by her too. She was also very happy with the results! I would 100% recommend Liz for a hair cut and color. I was also a very lucky customer to win a Holiday raffle this past year! The basket was filled with so many amazing products for my hair and skin. “Haas had a romantic and warm soul. Perfect spray for the funeral I am hosting. I feel very happy for my loved one, as a immigrant, he got such a beautiful flower spray from a 70+ old man. When I first come to the store, it is a bit dark, and does not not look as morden and beautiful as other florist store. After double check, I found that Haas store flowers inside fridges here and there. And the flower is amazing, I love the color tone, it is perfectly matched, white, but not all white, very elegant, shows his taste. Also, I did not image that he would use as much as 92 flowers for the spray, much more than he committed. During this sad time, I really feel the sincere caring from a professional florist. He may look casual, but is really an expert from 40+ years practice. Also, he stayed up late to deliver it on time. I find I trusted this right person. If you are new to spray and wreath, like I was, you can check with florist about the numbers of flowers, the dimension of the work, and the condition of raw flowers in the store to see if the color and freshness is as your expected. hope that works. I compared several store, Haas had the best offer, and he deliver more than he offered. I hope he can make more pictures for the flowers he had made, so that it helps customers understand his capabilities, rather than miss this hidden gem by the store decoration.”

“I've never ordered orchids online before, but I live in a place where we can't get good orchids. Brookside Orchids did such an amazing job, that I won't hesitate to order from them again. The orchids were amazingly well packed, so carefully wrapped, and in beautiful condition when they arrived several days later. These are healthy, large orchids, that bloomed within days/weeks of arrival and have continued to bloom for months. Just gorgeous, and so vigorous! Thank you!”

“Went to The Newark Home Depot in search of blinds for the window in my house. I stumbled upon this young fellow and not knowing how things work, he showed me to the blinds section where I was taken back by the various options shown to me. He was quick and speedy ask what it was I needed done which such charm. He made the process so easy and painless, he even called a fellow worker to assist me in cutting my blinds to the exact measurement. He even boxed up my product for me. I will be searching for him next time when I need assistance. He really cared about the depot where doers get things done. And I count myself as a doers, he really showed me how to get it done. “I want to give a massive thanks to Andrew in the plumbing department for stepping forward and helping me out with cutting some pipe I had bought at this location. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Other than Andrew, my experience with this location was very poor. I called ahead of time to ask if there was someone working today who knew how to operate the pipe cutter. The employee had the worst attitude and knew nothing about the store or what products were available. He sounded incredibly bored and gave me more dramatic sighs than actual answers.When I arrived and was asking around for help, the employees were extremely unprofessional and dismissive. There were a couple huddled around making jokes about their genitals and acted as if I was interrupting when I asked for help. Nobody even knew the location had a pipe cutter. Fortunately Andrew walked by right at that moment to help another customer and I was able to ask him for help.”

“This rating is for one employee at this Home Depot's Customer Service Center. Ariel was handling my issue regarding an important lost item. He contacted the Lost and Found Department by phone and had to wait for a response. Almost 15 min later, no one from L & F called. He called again and waited maybe 5 min, when he decided to check on the issue himself. I told him I would be in the the garden seed packet section of the store for a bit and then come back. Another 10 or 15 min later, he rushed up to me (apparently he had been looking for me) to let me know that L & F did not have my missing item - but he assured me that EVERY section of 'The Vault' was searched, and that he was very sorry. My strong impression of Ariel was that he was kind, understanding, and caring. I have not had that kind of service at Home Depot in a long time, but it was good to know there ARE good people there, despite the greedy upper mucky-mucks controlling how the business is managed.”

“Came here to get blinds for our new home and associate Adriana was a HUGE help! She helped get our blinds and even labeled each one so it'll be easier to install. She also cut the ones we needed to have cut. She spent a lot of her time with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Great attitude, super friendly, and very hardworking! “Had fury 4 clawed visitors in kitchen and backyard recently. Came here to get some snacks for them to chew on. Associates here were helpful. The self check out had associates ringing up sales. Didn't know that one can't tap pay terminal. It's either slide or insert card into slot. Pricing of the mouse snack (8.95) is standard thruout the industry as it's essential a duopoly between 2 big nationwide chain stores. The product was working as soon i placed it against a door corner. Didn't need to open package. Just bringing in jnto the house deterred the fury critters from visiting again. Coincidentally a female cat who "claims" our house is hers by defecating all over same was standing at our backdoor sliding door. No doubt she wants credit for our visitors vanishing. I know an opportunistic cat when i see 1.”

He was a complete DREAM, or rather an angel, and was super friendly and helpful as we tried to maximize the interior inches and eventually tied down the hatchback with twine.
