“I'd bought tires at Costco and needed an alignment so I found PAC in Costco's list of affiliated auto repair shops and checked out their online reviews which. looked real good so I had the work done there (though they send alignments out). At that time I met Mark, the owner, who was very knowledgeable and seemed honest. Prior to taking a cross country trip to Michigan I had an oil change and inspection done there on my Grand Cherokee Jeep, and I looked at the recommendations they'd made on the inspection sheet. Mark went through it with me and explained the different items and if I needed them at this time. He explained the Throttle Body and Carbon Clean which he said should help increase gas mileage; so I had it done. In the past on a trip like this one, the most we'd gotten was approx 26 MPG, and on this trip I was surprised to see over 29 MPG on certain stretches of this drive, which could be the reason, but I'd never seen this before. I have to believe it was as Mark said and give credit where it's due. I trust Mark and the work they do but of course would always keep my eyes open. I just picked up my wife's Mountaineer (117,000 miles) where we had the wheel bearings replaced. I refer my family and friends to Preferred Auto Centre, hands down. One other important point is that they register all repairs with Car Fax which also indicates their responsibility for the work they do along with their transparency.”

“Fully automated, unmanned. The wash itself is single vehicle. You pull up, pay with your card. Then follow lights to where to stop. After the wash you only have about 50 seconds of air blow to dry the car The cost at the time of this review, is $8, 9, and 10 bucks. $8 is called Express, worked OK. The other higher priced versions aren't explained. The problem is that, the blowers aren't as good as they should be to totally dry your car after you drive off. .”

These guys did a wonderful job cleaning my car and I couldn't be happier. The price is extremely fair for a full service wash and they also offer more detailed services. “I rarely get my car washed. This has led to several instances of the words, “WASH ME” written in the dirt covering the vehicle. I tried to stop it by letting people know that it was a “SCIENCE EXPERIMENT – DO NOT WASH”, also written in the dirt.
Since neither phrase resulted in a clean car, I tried washing it myself. Apparently, my neighbors don’t want to see an old, fat, ugly guy in Speedos getting lathered up. At least the cops had a good laugh.
So, off to Simi Auto Care I go! I took the body out of the trunk (total waste of time, BTW – they don’t even open the trunk!) and pulled up during a slow time.
Seriously, they certainly do a better wash than the local drive-through, and the prices reflect that difference. After the car went through the washing tunnel, it was cleaned by hand by one of the several guys at the other end. Not only did he do a nice job finishing the process, but he was also quick, too. The car looks great! I drove it back home in style.
Although, in hindsight, I probably should’ve worn something other than the Speedos.”
“This is automatic brushes you drive through yourself and vacuum afterwards yourself with good strong vacuum hoses. It says $1.00 for vacuuming but then the machine won’t move unless you put in a 5th quarter!!! I had to put in 5 quarters 3X because mr car was so dirty .It worked well ——Services: Vacuuming”
“I had seen a few signs about car washing so I got some information and figured I'd give it a try soon. When I got there it was simple I signed in left the car there were several options ranging from $25 and up depending on your car type and what you are looking for. I dropped my car off around 1 and didn't have a specific time to be done by. My car ended up being ready for pick up by 4:40 PM. I chose the $35 option to clean the inside and out just to see how it would turn out. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and I got a punch card so once I reach a certain number I'll get a free car wash!”

“This is a great little business in Thousand Oaks. They take care of their customers well. We recently tried to wash our car but the u-wash app would not process the payment correctly. So when I called the support number, they ended up giving me a free wash. The next day, I went with my second car to wash it and it worked fine. It's much cheaper than a traditional car wash. I highly recommend it.”

“Solid gas station and convenient store. Nice car wash adjacent to the gas station as well. The parking is a bit tight and awkward in the lot if you’re not getting gas. It’s also a trek to navigate out and around all the cars. Other than the mild inconvenient parking situation, great station!”

“Great little get in get out location. On certain days they run a special where premium is the same price as regular gas which is awesome if you have to use premium. The advertised prices are if you purchase a car wash though so when you drive by if your not getting a car wash figure it's 10 cents per gallon more usually. The good mart has a bit of everything and friendly staff. Easy place and good location.”

“I am very impressed with the car wash. No issues. Based off reviews I assume it depends on which employee you get but my guy did a great job. People need to understand, these places are a car wash, not a mobile detailer that spends 3 hours on your car. A $30 wash is very different expectations from a $120 detail.
The cup holders and air vents are a common missed spot and all of those were cleaned. The inside of the doors were also cleaned.”

“This is also the Ponderosa Car Wash at the Chevron. It popped up on a google search while I was looking for a full service car wash. My beloved German shepherd isn't doing too well and after a lengthy and intrusive vet visit, he shat all over the back of my car. While I scrubbed and cleaned up what I could , my SUV was still in need of a good scrubbing and I could not for the life of me find a detailing place that could take me same day. This place offers a mini detail for $159 which includes shampooing of seats and carpet. 3 hours later my car was sparkling and fresh! It wasn't perfect (like they didn't clean inside my cup holders?) but the rest of the car got a major scrub down and I was happy.”
