Michael was a delight to work with; knowledgeable, comfortable to work with (we laid down on a lot of mattresses!) and thoughtful with his suggestions. He sold us an adjustable bed (for a sale price) to go with our master suite cal king and it came with LED lights, multiple positions to raise and lower and speakers! “I recently purchased a twin size mattress and box spring from Lindee and l couldn't be happier with my experience! Lindee is super friendly and patient and she understands exactly what we need. She also offered a very competitive price for a floor model that's still in top condition. Luckily both the mattress and the box spring fit in our SUV so we didn't end up paying for shipping but Lindee helped us loading them in the car and make sure they are all wrapped up. I'm super happy that I just happened to pass by them and give them a shot. This will definitely be my future to go place for mattresses!”

“My pull-out sofa from Poly & Bark is perhaps the most beautiful couch I have ever owned. It is a buttery soft tan leather that perfectly makes its home in my guest room/ office, and lends itself to any kind of theming or decor. Currently, it has found its home in my Disney Polynesian themed room. It is extremely well made (sturdy) and very soft to sit upon and just slightly sink into. The only negative thing about this couch ( and I do adore it) is that the leather is very delicate. The fabric shows marks at the slightest brush or scuff, which I am sure will look amazing in a few years as a more "weathered leather" look sets in. But I wasn't ready for it to be so delicate, which is the only reason it is in my guest room, and not functioning as my main living room sofa. (This could change, as I naively purchased a sofa in a dark green velvet, from another company, which seemed cool at the time until it began to showcase every single speck of dust and dirt and lint in existence.) All in all, my Poly & Bark sofa has been a wonderful purchase and it was worth waiting the long shipping time to have my dreamy couch.”

“So grateful I found Audrey”s new location in Westlake Village. Her store is beautiful and provides a small taste of what she is capable of doing. She is a joy to work with and has an amazing eye for design. I purchased a couch and several other items from Audrey in the past. All of them came out gorgeous and were delivered without a hitch. She is a whiz at narrowing down your choices to the perfect one, and really pulling the room together. This time she helped me select fabric for drapes and blinds for multiple rooms. All of them were installed perfectly and look quite expensive despite the very reasonable price I paid. Audrey can get almost anything made to your specifications. If you are unsure just bring in some pictures and she can help design something beautiful. She has totally helped me transform my home!”

“I purchased two new mattresses and a gorgeous wooden headboard from Snooze Organics. The owner Sharon was extremly helpful without being pushy. Her delivery was reasonalbe and top notch as far as the way they carefully handled the items inside of my home. The matresses are INCREDIBLY comfortable, all organic, using natural products that are sustainable. I also bought these fabulous organic sheets and duvets. I highly reccomend Snooze if you are looking for a new mattress. I might also add that I personally prefer to support the smaller business's in the area.”

“I had been looking around for ages for somewhere to replace the extra large cushions on our fire pit chat set (originally from Costco) and then someone recommended Sierra Pads. They are FANTASTIC - amazing personalised customer service from Anna, great communication, they sent me lots of beautiful fabric samples to choose from and then the cushions were ready exactly when they said they would be (about 4 weeks). I collected them from the warehouse and all the staff were very nice and helpful. I'd give them an extra star if I could because the very same night I got the cushions home and put them on the chairs my husband spilled oil on one of them (GAHHH!). We tried to clean it but the stain remains. I called Anna to ask if they could make me a new cover and after a couple of calls back and forth to verify whether it was just the cover, or the foam too etc. she told me that the owner had offered to send us a new seat cover for free because it was an accident. I really wasn't expecting that and I am so very grateful. This company is definitely getting my business again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Excellent customer service!We were gifted a basket from Picnic Time a number of years ago and were looking for a new one after the handle clips started to come out and we stained the liner.I came across the lifetime warranty and emailed customer service about a replacement. I could not have had a better customer service experience. They were quick to reply, and offered me a replacement basket, minus the contents (plates, cutlery, glasses) because the contents were still in great shape.We are excited to receive our new basket and would recommend Picnic Time to anyone as the basket has brought so many memories with certainly more to come.”

“All the way up a long driveway in Newbury Park's Old Conejo Road area of storage facilities and commercial buildings we found Seasons adjacent to a different decor shop. Had no knowledge of Seasons previously. Reading the owner's history, I recall her place, Rose Cottage, at the Janss Mall years ago. This large space is lovingly designed to showcase a wide variety of gift items, decor accents, and baby clothing and accessories. As the name implies, seasons are celebrated. Easter and Spring feature prominently now. Autumn/Halloween also have a spot, and an entire separate room holds Christmas and wintry treasures. Dishes from porcelain, to melamine for outdoor dining, and accent pieces, are shown to perfection. Amazingly life-like faux confections made me hungry to see them, while dreaming of biting into a rich cake, torte, or cupcake. It would be fun to decorate with those calorie-safe treats! There is so much to see that I'd recommend giving yourself time to really browse at leisure is the way to go. Once COVID continues to ease, I have a dear friend I would love to bring here - it's her kind of shop, as well as mine!”

However be prepared for more premium price tags to match.Sales representatives in the store are all extremely friendly and will help you find the perfect solution for your office space. I'm very happy with the experience I had with them and for my purchase.
