We've stayed here several times and it's alway amazing.
It's a beautiful hotel and the service is impeccable!

My only note was during last visit last week we asked to have our suite cleaned and after being gone for 5 hours it wasn't cleaned then it took another hour to get it cleaned which meant we had to be out of the room. Other than that it's one my favorite hotels!”
“This has been such a wonderful surprise to find The Cambria hotel! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The bed is so comfortable with wonderful pillows. The staff has been lovely. We dined in the restaurant all four nights and the food was delicious. There was live music in the restaurant bar area and it was so good! This is truly a gem!”
“Our room was clean and cozy. Having the kitchenette worked perfectly to be able to cook our kid her specifics foods. The breakfast provided on Sunday worked perfectly with turkey sausage options, but today, had to settle for a bagel since everything was of pork options. The pool was warm and the fire pits was a great hangout area in the evening.”

“Check in was quick and easy the girl was so kind. The room was clean. The staff was all so friendly. My only 2 issues would be breakfast on the weekend should still start at 6am for those of us that are up early and want to leave by 7am. And no dog area. You have an area to throw away dog waste but they cant be on the fake grass that you can wash off several times a day.”

“We had booked this hotel for our wedding block and the service and hospitality was above and beyond what we could have hoped for! Our guests had nothing but great things to say about their rooms, and the hotel even had a glam room that my bridesmaids and I used for the morning of to get our hair and makeup done, which was so great for us and our hair and makeup artist to use. I could not recommend this hotel enough!”

“I recently was at this hotel for an event in their ballroom. I accidently left my backpack that had a ton of items of significant value (both personally and financially). I didn't realize that I left the backpack there until I returned my rental car at LAX and noticed that it wasn't in the backseat.
I called the hotel - they had stored it safely for me and offered to have it shipped back to me. The team was incredibly wonderful and communicative. When my backpack arrived home today I almost cried tears of joy.
Their team was so responsive and helpful, even in my panicked state. Can't comment on the rooms, but it's a great place to host an event and top tier customer service!”

“Had to make a stop overnight on our way to our final destination so this hotel choice was out of necessity. We were blessed by fate. From the moment we walked through the door the facility glowed with professionalism. The counter person – this was 11:30pm was cheerful and concerned for out comfort and wellbeing. We were in our room in no time. This is a little thing but they had the new type luggage carts that made transporting everything MUCH easier. The room was CLEAN, furnished comfortably even though it was a cookie cutter chain design. The bed was very comfortable ( a huge plus) and the supplies were all of excellent quality. While we were only at the hotel the one night the staff and facility made a very positive impression on us.”
“We're here for a family wedding weekend. The staff are fantastic, rooms spotless, our dog friendly room was perfect. The pool is great, work out facility well equipped. Food at the Harvest restaurant was very tasty.”
“VERY CLEAN HAMPTON.
I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's from the East Coast to the wast. This location was the nicest I have experienced. The location is amazing, the room and hallways were exceptionally clean. The pool and hot tub outside also had a very cool (and secluded) chill area with a table and chairs.
Highly recommend.”

“Stayed for 2 weeks. Very clean rooms, both on checkin and when turned over. Front desk super responsive when called- extra TP, pillows, etc- brought to the room in minutes. Staff were all very cheerful, engaging, and smiling. Pool was warm and sparkling clean. Free breakfast had a great variety and was kept hot and stocked the entire it was open. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be using again when back in the area.”
“Good hotel, but not great. Nice and average. But that's okay. However, the receptionist was clearly irritated we showed up an hour early. The housekeeping people also entered our room at 10am and again at 11:05 and check out was at 12pm. That was very irritating. Both times the shower was on and between my wife and I, each of us didn't hear the knocking over the shower noise and obviously the one of us in the shower didn't hear either. I didn't like that at all.”

“Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Clean every time, great water pressure, free breakfast, full kitchens, pet friendly, gym, pool, coffee and tea available all day long, outdoor hang out areas. We've stayed here multiple times and will continue to always book here when in town. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. Definitely recommend and we will absolutely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Only downside for us is the parking fees.”

“I have to give a big shoutout to the staff here who have been so friendly and professional while Im staying here for the holidays. Especially Carol at the front desk!!!! This morning the power went out due to the storm and everyone that had questions she helped feel right at home and cared for.
There were some difficult customers too, and yet she handled the situation with such grace and patience that it really impressed me!!!
The holidays are a tough time to work and tough for a lot of people traveling, but from everyone working here I felt a true sense of community and care. Its the sort of compassion and hospitality that comes from the best and most seasoned professional hospitality workers. Happy holidays to the entire hampton staff, you all rock!!!!
Also the room is nice and breakfast was great. The kitchen staff is SO on top of getting things out quickly, no food or beverage was running half low for even 30 seconds before another was out. I wouldnt be able to muster that much energy working christmas eve, so impressive!!!!!”

“Close to the fwy and markets, plenty of places to eat. Not far from the Strawberry festival in Oxnard this time of year. Weather is nice being close to the ocean. Breezy at times but still nice with the pool to cool down on hot summer days. All in all a very pleasant experience.”

“Son made it to All Star World Series. This motel was inexpensive and close to the ballpark. Easy check-in (also, we arrived 30 minutes early and they let us check-in). Room was small, but clean. And plenty of space for our needs. The mini fridge always comes in handy and we brought plenty of snacks.”

“I stayed here on 28 Dec 2025 on way to San Francisco, Excellent stay at La Quinta Thousand Oaks. The room felt brand new or newly renovated, with a modern look and very clean interiors. The washroom was completely new and well maintained, giving a premium feel. Overall, the room quality was comparable to a 4-star hotel. Very comfortable stay and great value for money. Would definitely recommend”

“Recently renovated (early 2026) and great value for brand and location, including free and safe parking. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub, too.
Beautiful suburban hillside setting near many good restaurants, trader joe's, and not far from the rest of L.A. Definitely good for business or family travel.
Marriott platinum and higher members are very appreciated, with typical room upgrades, club lounge open late every evening, and free breakfast buffet in the restaurant (omelets, eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, etc.).”

“Great location just off Rancho Conejo. 7-11, Mexican market all an easy walk. Soda and snack machine stocked regularly. Laundry room hasa large microwave and 2 working washer/dryer units take quarters, bring your own, no change given at front. Rooms have med size refrigerators. Rooms clean, not spotless. Always the best price in the area. Allows well-behaved pets.”
