Long story short I ordered a tie rod end from these guys and ultimately decided to cancel.

I explained to Joshua the reason behind me canceling and he said that if I ever have any steering related questions about my jeep that I can always reach out and ask for advice and this is despite me canceling the only order I’ve ever made with them.

I will make sure to order all the parts I can from you guys in the future. It’s not often you find a shop willing to help you out without even being their customer. Nothing but respect for you guys”
