“I brought in my 2002 Toyota Tacoma for front new brakes as I was told by another shop that I needed them by a certain time. I also had them check the suspension. They told me that the front brakes are good for another 5K to 10K miles and the suspension looked fine also. I was shocked to receive this news as I was waiting to receive a call telling me that I needed a bunch of work done. Not only was no work needed at this time, they also charged me nothing for the visit. Therefore, I highly recommend them and feel great about using them in the future for all of my Truck's needs.”

“My vehicle was rear-ended and Mark was more than willing to do an inspection and provide me with his assessment. Months later, I was finally able to get the repair done and Mark did it quickly and for a fair price. While I was in the office paying, he took a call from someone wanting a muffler to "pass smog". He kindly let them know that the muffler wouldn't impact smog and provided a bunch of useful information. It's hard to find good, ethical people and I would highly recommend Mark and All Muffler Service!”

“I brought my old truck to California Transmissions in Rocklin because it had an oil leak that had developed under the transmission. Right off the bat I was shocked when they wrote up a diagnostic work order totaling $0.00. They put my truck on their rack but were initially unable to pinpoint the source of the leak because there was so much oil under there. So they cleaned the whole area, then told me to drive the truck over the weekend and to bring it back on Monday, which I did.On Monday, they put it back up on the rack and discovered an area on the driver's side of the engine block that was wet with oil, but nowhere else. It wasn't a transmission leak after all. It was an engine oil leak that was running back onto the transmission and leaking to the ground from there. I will likely be able to fix that myself.After all that, they charged me NOTHING.There are plenty of shops out there that would have told me that I had a catastrophic transmission problem and needed a complete rebuild. You know who you are. But California Transmissions in Rocklin is not one of them. They are my go-to transmission shop from now on, and I will recommend them to my family and friends as well.Honest mechanics sometimes seem as scarce as hen's teeth. When you find one, you hold on to them for dear life. Thanks so much for the HONEST work, guys.”

“I drove about 45 minutes to get to them... I'm glad I did, the attention to details these guys have shown to my vehicles is over and beyond what I expected. I had an issue with my Audi A4 and they were able to run diagnostic and fix it in the same day and for a whole lot less than I expected. So I've taken my grandfather's truck to them to take care of as well. They are perfectionist. They've taken care of a starting problem that it's had for many years... since the 80's when I started driving it. I never thought it could be fixed, but they did it. Also several other items like suspension and the whole bed bouncing all over the frame. And replacing the single cylinder brakes with a double cylinder and disk brakes. And much more. Before taking it to them I could only go 45 mph. Not safe for the freeway... they are making it safe to be able to drive and stop as it should. It's a 1953 chevy. I don't trust just anyone to work on grandpa's Truck. These guys are the most trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanics I've met. One of the guys used to work on race cars. He told me he could do some modifications to my truck to make it go really fast, but I just want to be able to go safely on the freeway. The name of this company is Guaranteed Speed, and they can deliver on that name, if you want.”
