“Simple issues needed attention on my Tesla. I will not return to another Tesla Service Center, even though they are close to my home, and one on warranty.
Kniesel is the very best and they are Tesla certified. Their charges were one-third less than the estimate. The time allotted for the repair turned out to be less than as expected.

“FW Motorsports is a great place for pretty much anything you need. My son has a 2016 STi and my daughter has a 2019 Impreza and they have been great. Whether it is questions or help with my son's sports car or my daughters sedan they are quick to respond and some of the most honest folks we have ever worked with. “Always get my alignment done here when I want it done correctly and accurately. Sure, cheaper places will get you within range for the trail, but when you get back on the road and want it dialed perfectly - take your truck here to people who understand proper geometry with aftermarket parts. They also did a bang up job on my dad’s 3rd gen Tacoma suspension install.”
“I just have to say it’s so nice dealing with a company that stands behind their products and their word. I purchased a golf cart from these guys a year ago and from start to finish it was so easy and no bs. Fast forward a year later I had a leak in the differential so they sent a tech to check it out and to do the repairs and while he was here and test drove it he noticed the Master Cylinder was defective so they made an appointment to pick up the golf cart , did the repairs and delivered my cart back to me all with in a week . I spoke with Jessica and John and they were both great to work with.”

Some time ago, I brought my 2016 Lexus RX in after a dealership quoted me $4,300 to fix a broken timing belt cover seal. I was skeptical and needed a second opinion. Originally, I had an 11 a.m. appointment, but a last-minute Zoom meeting forced me to arrive right at opening. Despite a busy schedule, Hop and Phong welcomed me immediately and diagnosed the issue in just 20 minutes!
Not only are Hop and Phong super knowledgeable, honest, and professional, but they also quoted me half the dealership’s price and provided expert advice that saved me from any repair costs—yes, I paid $0! I’m beyond grateful for their integrity and expertise. This shop has earned my trust, and I’ll never go back to paying $200 for an oil change at the dealership. “This place is fantastic. I called Mercedes because I was worried my car was overheating, it’s my first time owning a Mercedes. They wanted $300 dollars just to look at the car. I called A&B and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He wasn’t worried about charging me money, he was just worried about helping me. I wish I had taken his name down cause he deserves the credit, but he let me send him a picture of the temp gauge and told me it’s normal for Mercedes to run where I see the temp this time of year. He could have told me he needed to see the car first just to get that money for the diagnostic but instead he took time out of his day to sit with me on the phone, receive a picture from me, and put my mind at ease. Trust me when I say if the car stays this hot during the winter I’ll be taking my car here cause I know I can trust the service to be honest and fair. If you need your car worked on, hit these guys up they’re the real deal.”

I’m stuck with the dealership for most issues right now as the truck’s under warranty, however DPS now has ANY of my diesel-related business outside of what my factory warranty mandates the dealership handle!”
“Had my BMW 535i serviced here. These guys know their stuff. Not only did they do a full service but they also installed a front lip and rear diffuser. I also got some coding done and had a few Dinan upgrades installed. Can't say enough good things about the shop. Igor the owner was very easy to work with and the turn around was very fast. If you are looking to get your car serviced or get some modifications done then this is the perfect to go.”
