“I was in the need for a nice safe apartment and the convenience of this place so close to the freeway and sitting on a hill with a great view was one of the big reasons. However, I must say what really made my decision to live here was the amazing customer service, friendliness and caring energy that emanated from all the staff but particularly from Chelsea. She was with me from the very beginning to the whole process of approval and touring. She would constantly check in with me and address any questions I had with a swift and detailed response. When the time came to finally move in she wrote me a very sweet handwritten letter welcoming me and telling me how happy she was for me. The extent of these little things, the going above and beyond, and the overall friendliness one feels similarly to a close friend/family makes one feel very welcome and for this reason I decided to take the time and write this review. Chelsea thank you for everything and always wishing you all the best.”

“I loved living there. The staff were always nice to me and tried to accommodate my needs as fast as they can. Only issue I have is with neighbors. There’s a lot of college students that parties at night and it can be loud.”

“I went there Last Thursday, April 18, 2024, to go to receive Fruits and Vegetables for free. This happens every Thursday from 10 AM to 1 PM. The line is long but there's plenty of food for everyone to receive.
The Fruits and Vegetables are very fresh, and nothing is too ripe or goes bad quickly. It is truly Fresh Fruits and Vegetables. They give you plenty for your family.”
“Just wanted to say that Lisa the manager of our building is amazing she’s always willing to help. Very responsive and professional. I’ve only been here for a year but I love it. We feel very safe having Lisa as our manager. The neighbors are also very nice. 5 stars for our manager who goes out her way to always making sure our amenities is clean.”

“The apt I have is very nice .I live on the 4th floor. Their are elevators. We have a heated pool and hot tub . Activity room has shuffle board and pool table. Large TV.Maintenance has always addressed any issues in a timely manner.We have issues, as does any facility . I am very happy to be here.The office staff is Rochelle and she is the best. Very good at her job and goes above and beyond , knowledgeable , and super friendly.Our manager is Erica .She is very friendly and helpful.One bedroom is 1050.per month. plus electric.”
“I love the soda machine so much. When I was living here, I came back from work to find my apartment had been ram sacked and everything was a mess and so much was stolen. I’m so blessed that my rent money had been in an envelope that wasn’t touched.”
