“I took my 97' Corvette C5 to Blackplate Restorations twice and they provided excellent work both times. I plan to bring my car back for further work. They fix the lights by replacing the gears and replaced the the passenger mirror. The color matched was 100%! “Discovered that my Costco tire had a puncture and was leaking air quickly, so I went to a nearby Costco but they wouldnt take me at 4:30pm and said their appointments were booked for a week. Called another Costco and they said the same thing, so I had to find another tire shop. Found Mountain View Tire and Auto and the guy who answered the phone was friendly and said yeah they could take a look and try to repair it, even if it was late in the day. By the time I got to them it was 5:15 pm and they close at 6pm, but they understood my urgency and desperation and kindly took in my car for a look at the leaking tire. They found that it was repairable and did the job quickly for a very reasonable $40. These guys are a life saver and I would recommend them to others!”
