“I recently purchased a 2024 Acura Integra A Spec. My son and I went to go look at prices and were scared we were going to get hounded down by the sales guys like it usually happens so we came up with a story and were ready to say we were just looking. Matt approached us and right away introduced himself, I right away said we are just looking so that we would be able to see the car without any pressure. As we were looking he was asking questions and I was answering. The more that we were going back and fourth the more comfortable I felt because Matt was not pressuring us at all he was giving us all the info on the call and answering any questions my son or I had. Long story short we felt so comfortable with Matt's approach that we had him run us numbers as we were also trading in my old Acura. Matt went inside and we followed and met Brian (I had met him before) the nicest man and John which was also very nice. Numbers came back looking good and we came to an agreement and purchased my new Acura. “I got a message on my dashboard that the battery for my key fob needed to be replaced. I looked in my owner's manual to see if it said what type of battery to use, thinking I would go to Rite Aid and buy one, but it didn't tell me. This is not the closest Toyota dealer to me, but I'm staying in the area so I stopped in to see if they could help me. Two fine gentlemen in the parts department both offered me assistance and it turns out that, yes I could have bought a battery at Rite Aid, but they had it right there for less than 5 bucks and one of the fellows already had my fob open, so I was thrilled to have him replace it for meOne other thing that really stands out. He asked me if I had another fob at home and when I said yes he advised me to replace that battery, too, as it may also be near the end of its life. I really appreciated this advice and all of the help I got here at Frontier ToyotaTotally recommended and I would return”

The mechanic pointed out all the damage & even placed a zip tie in place to hold me over. 360 Auto never discussed the damage they found. I made an appointment & will gladly take my car here, I have complete confidence in these guys not to railroad me like 360 Auto tried to.”
