Ashley was great she took the offer sheet I already had and matched the price while not charging me for any add-ons. “Arrived 5 min before my appointment. I was greeted by my asst. service mgr, Lily, immediately upon arrival. Wow! We discussed what needed to be addressed for the vehicle maintenance; worked that would be done, time and cost. She delivered as promised. Kudos to her. Only 4 out for 5 stars because of cost. Unfortunately in these hard economic times, pre-pandemic pricing will not be coming back soon.

My service advisor, Alejandro “Alex” Solorio, was outstanding. He was professional, responsive, and went well beyond what I expected. During a large maintenance visit, he also helped address a problem with the driver-side window moldings that appeared to be a premature material failure. Alex personally worked with GM, explained my history as a loyal customer, and advocated for me, which resulted in a significant reduction in the repair cost.
