“I just had my engagement ring resized in this place. This ring has a sentimental value, so I was hesitant trusting any jewelers. I tried looking for the best place where to go but unfortunately, most of the places I called/found were very pricey. Until I finally found this jewelry place across the Northridge Mall. I am happy to tell you that Mark, the owner, did a great job. I am very impressed with their professionalism and expertise in jewelry readjustment. “I looked around at several places to have my ring resized, and Royal Jewelers was the only one that could do it the same day, after we discussed the details and set up an appointment beforehand. The whole process took just an hour, and they even returned the piece of gold they removed from the ring. I can’t recommend them enough—they absolutely deserve all 5 stars! I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future jewelry repairs.

“Sat down with Greg today to take a look at some jewelry I inherited from my grandmother after her recent passing. I wasn’t sure what pieces were real or of value and what wasn’t. Greg took the time to test everything and explained what he was doing and why super well. When you sit down with him you can tell right away that he’s truly a genuine, kind, honest person, and very knowledgeable about what he does! Didn’t end up selling any of the jewelry to him as it ended up not being of much value, so I offered to pay him for his time and expertise instead but he declined.
