“BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to Casita Postal on the recommendation of a UPS location when I told them my fingerprints had been rejected twice already. They said this location is really good and they usually send people here if they have problems. I went in today to see if she could help me. Immediately she tested out my prints and looked over the FBI rejection letter. She had no problems and said I should double check with the FBI before submitting a new application. The FBI service does not take resubmissions and I had already tried paper and the post office. I submitted a new application with the company she uses and showed up a few hours later for my appointment. She handled everything perfectly and I had an acceptance letter before I was even home! If you are having problems come here. She's knowledgeable and she's part of the FBI Channeler network. You will need to go through a third party to submit your application but it will be just as quick.”

I’ve been coming to this location for over three years to drop off eBay items I’ve sold, and I’ve consistently had positive experiences—but this recent visit truly stood out.
After two failed attempts at other shipping stores—one of which damaged the packaging of my item—I arrived frustrated and unsure if I’d be able to ship it properly. Employee #184085 immediately took initiative. Despite a line forming behind me, she remained calm and focused, carefully measuring the item and testing two different box sizes to ensure the perfect fit. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering the right solution were exceptional.
She never rushed the process and made sure I was completely satisfied before moving on. Her professionalism and dedication turned a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience.

The photos cost was $1 less than the CVS next door and everything I needed was done in a reasonable amount of time. My parents had no complaints using their notary service on a few different occasions.”

It turns out that weather can delay our packages and the workers at the store don’t know that. The UPS store and UPS are different but the same. The UPS franchises can’t help the same as the UPS Shipping. It turns out that we have 15 days to do a claim to get our money back, Elaine the manager helped me figure out how to do my claim. The UPS company didn’t give me a full refund for the price of my package because I didn’t put insurance but I got a refund for the price of my shipping. I love that the store can help with things that aren’t even their fault. I will definitely come back to this store and recommend anyone come to this store. Customer Service 100/100”

He shared pieces of his life and experience in a way that left me feeling safe and connected; in my gut I knew my request was going to be exactly what I’d hoped it to be and I was right (as guts are).Joseph looked at the job - screen printing on a local high school basketball jersey - and asked me to send pictures of the original, which I did, and was amazed by the results. Amazed! They’re identical! And the quality is outstanding. I’d first sought out another local business with the same request but the cost scared me off. Joseph’s cost was just over half his competitor (he never even knew I’d met with one), and quality is spot on.I will be back for Joseph’s skill, but mostly for his kind heart and dedication to the service he provides, as well as to his care for humanity in general.
