“**April 2023: Weekday Evening**I've come here twice for networking events and the club is a really nice upscale venue. The furniture/decor had a traditional, elegant vibe with lots of wood motifs and everyone was very friendly. On the two occasions I've visited guests were served horderves and wine at belly tables in the private rooms. On one occasion I came on my birthday and the waiter actually brought me a surprise individual chocolate lava cake with ice cream! The dessert presentation was very classy and taste-wise it was delicious. The cake was moist, decadent and I loved the white chocolate and fruit decorations. You do need to take a ticket to enter their parking lot, but they do validate at the front desk. I would gladly come back for a private event!”

Please celebrate our one hundred years of service to American veterans. Please celebrate our 100 years of service to our American veterans. They have a delicious menu at great prices. However, I would like to give special recognition to Service Officer Cory Vigil. I've become friends with him over several years, and I have witnessed the endless volunteer hours this man has dedicated to veterans. He has been of excellent service and friend to veterans, especially those who have fallen on hard times. Throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties' other veterans services, they know they can call on Cory Vigil to help veterans (and yes, emergencies pop up at all hours.). Volunteerism comes from the heart, so I must thank Michell for allowing this man to volunteer their precious time. I am honored and blessed to call Cory and Michell my friends. Anthony Morales”

“Friendly staff and noticeably clean rooms and area. I phoned in my reservation and got a better deal than online. While there, I was notified that my Father was on his death-bed. I had to leave a day earlier than expected. Of course I requested a refund for the unused day. After managerial review, they notified me and made the refund. I wasn't really expecting that. I will stay here again - even if they don't refund me. It's a nice stay close to the beach, eateries and entertainment.”

“Loved the Lido House! Not only was it very cute and perfect location to walk to the beach, but I accidentally left some nice clothes in my room upon checking out and their housekeeping turned in to lost and found and they quickly shipped it to me! Highly recommend this hotel!”

“My wife and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary with a little staycation at the VEA. I have to say the place is a well oiled machine and we're planning to make this a recurring trip. The service, amenities (pool/gym/spa/restaurant) and atmosphere are worth the price of the stay. More specifically, I was blown away by the Director of Restaurants (Stacie Garcia). She was top-notch, was always available and made sure her guests received the best experience possible. The only knock I have on the place is that it was chilly at the pool. If they can find a way to have the sun come out when people are swimming then this place would be a 6 out of 5.”

“This is such a beautiful spot for any event. I had my bridal shower here and it was absolutely amazing!! Kathy is so amazing and totally works with you. I was able to extend my bridal shower and hour late during the event and add an extra umbrella. She is the greatest. The place is so gorgeous it doesn't need much decoration but we still added a lot and it was so beautiful!”

“Bold Girlz is phenomenal! I encountered them last minute, just days before my daughter’s scheduled virtual birthday party. They swooped in and took care of everything, with no stress for me. And my daughter and her friends had an amazing time! I highly recommend Bold Girlz!”

“We were at the side for Valentines Day, we've been customers for years more than 20 as a matter of fact, so when my lovely wife commented about are meal she was attacked by other patrons, we are not spoiled children we are 60 yrs.old. her meal was fantastic salmon and mashed potatoes, I ordered the sirloin,I have eaten thousands of steaks, it was boot leather did not eat it or take it home, we love this place, the coconut shrimp appetizer was dreadful,cold over cooked and tough, ok bad night we will still come we love you guys but for a 240$ tab I thought the people of your place would appreciate the feedback. “Nice room, but anymore technology is essential. Bed stands (both sides!) had beautiful plug/USB posts that would have been perfect, were they actually plugged in to anything. No juice. Limited other plugs.Awesome room otherwise, but technology is so critical anymore. 3 stars for great, but not spectacular.”

“My first time hosting an event here and I was blown away. I had about 15 people join me for dinner and everyone kept saying how gorgeous the place was and no one knew there was a Vineyard here. The food was so delicious we have the chicken pesto and stuffed mushrooms to pick from. They take you on a 20-minute tour around the property and the house on the property has a Lamborghini hanging on the wall. Pretty incredible. Overall experience was definitely one of the time and you will not be disappointed. I could not have pulled off this event without the help of Caren at Newport Beach Vineyard and winery. She's the best!”

“The Cobb salad was substantial. I probably shouldn’t have ordered the chicken noodle soup, but it was great. The waitstaff were spread thin despite the restaurant being half empty on a weekday lunch.”

“So it's not a country club course, who cares! Fun short 18 hole course with a decent driving range and putting green. Bring your own rubber tees and expect it to be crowded”

“So Tony and the Bellman team deserve a special shout out for exceptional service - they literally are the nicest, most polite, patient and helpful service professionals I've met! I was sick during this stay and didn't have my stuff together but Tony was super helpful with suggestions and patient when I wasn't quite ready and packed to be transported to the car! He got me bottles of water and reminded me to check the bathroom etc. and helped me load everything onto the golf cart, got me to the front of the hotel and then helped me load everything into my car. You can tell this man loves what he does, and he's great at helping people! His kindness and thoughtfulness made my day, especially when I wasn't feeling well. Service with a smile deserves recognition! I'd definitely stay here again just for the outstanding service!”
