Jocob was very helpful and patient. he explained everything so well and tried so hard to help. i went very unprepared to open an account, without a patient banker i would have been declined for a new account today. Best Wells location I have ever consistency used! All the employees are wonderful and seem to genuinely care about my service dog-they always offer him treats and remember his name!
