“I found the Newport Beach Vault out of necessity after my home in Silicon Valley was burglarized. I happened to be traveling in the area and decided to give them a call since I could not find any better option in my local area. Although I contacted this business on a late Saturday afternoon, the owner agreed to meet me to set up a new account. Smooth and quick process. Later, I was able to get access to the box within short notice and at odd hours. A+ service, thank you.”

“I feel like this branch gets a bad reputation because of it's size and location. Let me clarify that this location is on PCH, already a busy location in an extremely affluent area. In addition this branch is on the smaller side and tends to be short staffed, but they make up for it with their excellent customer service and support. Most banks have you wait around for a teller so no big change here. They do their best to keep consumers happy and the lines moving. It gets backed up quite a bit but that's to be expected since it's literally on the highway. This is not my home branch but it is my go to since it's right next to the house and very convenient.”
“The banking industry has it's bumps and deservedly so. But I must give a shout out to my Bank. They are always so professional and accommodating in everything I ask for. It is nice to have that level of attention and caring that has long left this industry. I recommend highly joining this bank. Be aware, they are not everywhere and it is sometimes difficult to find a branch but for my local bank in Newport, Love them!!”
