“I feel like this branch gets a bad reputation because of it's size and location. Let me clarify that this location is on PCH, already a busy location in an extremely affluent area. In addition this branch is on the smaller side and tends to be short staffed, but they make up for it with their excellent customer service and support. Most banks have you wait around for a teller so no big change here. They do their best to keep consumers happy and the lines moving. It gets backed up quite a bit but that's to be expected since it's literally on the highway. This is not my home branch but it is my go to since it's right next to the house and very convenient.”
“Started off a little shaky because of the US Bank - Union Bank transition. But they made it right. Adam is a great manager and he has a great team at the San Miguel - Newport Beach office.”
