In the past I had ozone therapy to treat a respiratory infection. The treatment reduced my recovery time by 75% He also has I've also had IV therapy for illness. That too was very effective. “I too have a control substance meditation that Dr. Napoli has to prescribe for me occasionally. I have to see the doctor in order to get the prescription filled. The negative review is unwarranted. The insurance company may not care about seeing this patient in person, but the state licensing board might like to have a doctor see patients prior to ordering up a controlled medication. I don't blame the doctor for insisting on an in-person visit. And it does sound like this person had a negative attitude. Good riddance.I have been seeing Dr. Napoli for 3 years. I am at a stage in life where more things seem to be going wrong. I find her thorough, easy to talk to, understanding and caring.o”

“I really love the care and attention for this place. Alyssa has been extremely helpful via zoom for my daughter and myself. The first appointment I had there was with Sanguedolce who went over all of my tests slowly and explained everything clearly which was a weight off my shoulders. He made me feel heard and cared for. Anyone who says different of this doctor is a liar since I experienced excellent care from him Amazing staff and facility. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars and I give four is..The answering service has been difficult and has caused me much anxiety which I understand doctors offices can be busy but I have called at opening and have been on hold for 30 plus minutes on more then one occasion knowing there wouldn't be a bunch of calls coming in first minute of opening. And this is because I have to get it out the way for work early and getting my daughter to school. Will go here again recommend doctors. Willing to drive 40 minutes instead of calling. I hope this helps !!”
