“Danehill manor is an one-of-a-kind, magical place that I cannot believe such place exists within 45 mins from SF. There is a pool, bbq, barn, highly functional tree house that can sleep guests with its own bathroom.

The tranquil environment is transformative. You cannot find such experience in a normal big brand resort. You are in the mountains but yet you are surrounded by water.

Karin and her sons are fantastic hosts who are generous enough to invite guests to the dreamland that Karin created from scratch. Her horses really add to the entire unique serene experience. From their story sharing, Karin is an inspirational person who has built her life and dreams from being a focused business woman and leader.

This place has so much potential to host beautiful but intimate events or leadership meetups. My family had an absolutely wonderful time there! I would highly recommend family gatherings and corporate events at Danehill Manor.”

The venue is truly breathtaking, with stunning rose gardens and beautiful willow trees that created the most romantic atmosphere. One of the highlights of our day was being able to take sunset pictures on the ridge--those photos are something we'll cherish forever. Ann, the owner, made sure every detail was perfect, from the moment we arrived to the very end. We got ready on-site in the elegant bridal suite, while the groomsmen enjoyed their own spacious quarters--complete with cornhole and ping pong, a unique feature most venues don't offer. One of the most memorable moments was when Ann greeted us with our first drink as a married couple after we walked back down the aisle--such a thoughtful touch that made us feel so special. The entire experience was flawless, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting to celebrate our love. “Even though this little piece of heaven is right off Sir Francis Drake Blvd, it is tranquil and quiet. The gardens are gorgeous, event space is flexible, and parking is ample. You can visit for events throughout the year that are open to the public and also join Pixie Park for littles now that it's been redone!”

“We booked our wedding at the University of Redlands, Marin Campus and you cannot find a more breathtaking venue. Every site on the campus offered its own unique and beautiful views. The Geneva Terrace was absolutely gorgeous and the Montgomery Garden provided a dramatic backdrop for our reception. Our guests were in awe the entire time at our wedding. We also rented the Shaw Guest House and could not have been happier with that decision. The photo opportunities were endless within the yard and inside the house. Being within walking distance to the wedding site was also a major plus! Ashley was great to work with! She was very kind and very helpful with getting everything we needed for our special day.”

“I got super triggered unexpectedly during Tron:Ares and had to take a second. The guy cleaning the concessions (David) was really helpful, gave me a glass of water and offered to make me up an ice pack to ground if I needed. Told me I could take a walk as long I wanted even though I didn’t have a ticket anymore to get back in. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 human being. He deserves a raise for being able to empathize in a retail job!”
