I played Lakes & Oaks nines. The Lakes was a park course, quite plenty of space. The Oaks was shorter but many narrow holes. Also Oaks had some blind holes. Greens were OK. Fairways were not cut, some daisies were on fairways Staff was friendly

If you bump your ball, it's still a great day for golf!

A beautiful layout with some dramatic holes, we played the Canyons & Lakes. Unfortunately the course conditions were horrible. Tons of gopher holes, thick bumpy fairways, and a simple lack of mowing and easy maintenance. New owner definitely pinching pennys on maintenance. Greens were in good shape though.

Beautiful course with some difficult holes. Had a great time here. Will definitely go back to try the two other courses

Blacklake was once a beautiful 27-hole golf course. It has a lot of variety for play with unique differences between each of the 3 9-hole legs offered. It has such great potential for being a gem of a club to be played and enjoyed. Recently, it has gone to hell. It has become a dried up oasis and is a sad situation for little excuse. It's becoming a poorly maintained facility, with little or no regard to public participation. I will not spend another cent to this establishment until things change back to pristine conditions. Many other courses are to be played in the area that can easily earn my patronage and dollars. Blacklake, get your act together!!!

Most of the fairways are in desperate need of WATER, as there are very small patches of green. The bitc# at the bar/snack shop at the turn came UNHINGED when my buddy knocked on the door to ask for two hotdogs on the order instead of one. "Don't you EVER come behind MY bar, I ought to have you thrown out, I don't even want to serve you guys. Don't ever come back."Well, you can be assured of that, don't need that kind of abuse for an innocent request !!!

My friend and I had never played Blacklake Golf Course. We are from Bakersfield and we are both 80 years old.We played the lakes an canyon courses. We thoroughly enjoyed the day. The pace of play was easy. The courses were challenging but fun. We’ll certainly drive there again.

For $86ea. I would expect WAAAAY more.... and when asked about a senior rate for my 85 year old father we were told that was cheaper than their senior rate. Seriously, the front 9, which was the Lakes, was a hack job! One of the worst I've seen especially for the price! The Oaks on the backside was better but overall I'd skip this place and go to Cypress Ridge!

Poorly maintained. It's definitely not worth $65.

One of the best courses on the central coast! 27 holes of challenging fun! Easy to play, great staff and great food in the bar and grill!

Friendly little course surrounded by homes and wooded areas. It consists of separate 9 hole courses that can be played in various combinations. It was a fun layout, friendly atmosphere and we were able to play as a twosome, therefore fast. The course conditions were not optimal, with overgrown fairways, clover and uneven greens. With better maintenance this would be a fine local course. We did enjoy some live music and a cold beer on the patio after the round. The people were friendly and everyone was having a good time.
