“We shop here often. It's clean, organized, the employees are always very helpful, and polite. We also take our bulldog inside often with us, and the employees are always dog friendly along with being dog treat ready. My wife is a big fan of their garden area, while I like the fact that they show some veteran appreciation. They have a parking spot dedicated for Vets, provide a discount, and I recently noticed a drop off for retired US Flags at their curb (adjacent to their shopping cart rack). I also don't receive an abundance of emails, a few about sales, or a coupon. It's not often or obnoxious soliciting which is nice.Their pricing is in line with the other 4 local hardware stores. I couldn't recommend them enough!”

“Very nice place. Not much floor customer service. A little pricey on most items. But they have a good selection. If you can't find it at other places, you probably can there. But?? Pay a little more. Big plastic yard chairs. $40 TO 50. THAT, BASED ON THE color you choose. Other stores, $ 25-30. ANY COLOR!”
“This place was a big help to me, the gentleman assistant did me a great favor. I was in a jam traveling, lost the power cord to my charging box. I had to go looking for one, last place I look was here. it was the only one he had and he even cut me a break on the price I was so grateful, problem solved.

“Not bad and not good, but obviously better than other stores that sell electric supply. Clean and good organised store, highly professional staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Convenient parking and pick up gates. When I was made a purchase there were no 2 pole breakers (30,40,70amp). I hope it was accident. Because I want to make a deal with good organised and highly professional company like CES.”
“I often go to this store because of the friendly staff they give me that old school attention we used to get when I was growing up I found a jacket on the clearance rack and a pneumatic break fluid bleeder these guys and gals never fail me honest trustworthy people”

“They are awesome. I was up for work from San Diego county and my Makita drill stopped working. Found them and they were only a minute or two down the road.
Asked if they had any brushes or new drills and luckily they had just what my drill needed. They even worked on it and got the old pieces out and installed the new ones along with a couple of trouble pieces.
Got the new parts in and now it works like new. Even purchased some extra brushes for future issues. Thank you guys very much and I appreciate all you do and hope to see you guys again.”

“I was looking around totally confused so Isobel in the paint department called me over "whatcha looking for?" I showed her pics on my phone and she said aisle 39 on the left the last bin. WOW! She was amazing! Another consumer in the store agreed! I get over there and need help so I found Cav who has outstanding knowledge of the store and my needs. I found exactly what I needed for my garbage disposal and new kitchen sink items. What great customer service! I've always preferred this store to the HD where no one really helps you. Thank you!”
