“CarMotive Santa Maria saved me during a very difficult situation. I have always babied my vehicles, and my small SUV suffered with engine damages that were fortunately covered by a recall. However, the service department of the manufacturer was unable to provide a loaner vehicle due to the uncertain date to order the replacement parts for my engine. Over a month went by without support and I was using my parent’s car causing tremendous hardship for my family.
I was grateful that I received a letter for a Capital One Pre Approved sales event with Car Motive. I was paired with Anastacio, who worked hard to communicate with me frequently and supportively as I navigated choosing my next vehicle. Rain or shine, they were supportive! I went into the dealership with 3 potential cars in mind, and yet Anastacio produced a vehicle that was perfect for me, my budget, and my safety requirements. Purchasing and investing in a used car requires a lot of knowledge and expertise, and Anastacio was able to share everything with me and my family when I asked. “I am so happy we went to One Love Cars in Santa Maria. We bought a car for my daughter from William and had a great initial buying experience. He was honest, straightforward, and it was the best car buying experience of my life, bar none. Not only was it a great experience, it felt good buying from a family owned business.
Then, tragically, a week later my daughter was driving her car and the car had serious engine failure. Not only did William honor the warranty, he was extremely gracious and caring throughout the entire process. Instead of being frustrated by the ordeal, he was kind and really went above and beyond. Frankly, I am blown away by his integrity and follow through. William does what he says he will do.”

“We have purchased 2 vehicles from Andy over at Victory. We purchased the vehicles over 10 years ago and the cars are still running great. Simple, minor maintenance, keep the oil, brakes, and belts good, and all has been well.
What made our experience so great though, was Andy’s friendly, down home service. He walked us through the inventory, giving us pros/cons on each of the vehicles we were interested in. Andy gave ‘old school’ level service, the kind that’s so hard to find these days. All that and a reasonable price to boot.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical but we had run out of options in the 5 cities. Finding a perfect used car that fit our budget was proving to be very difficult. The owner and his wife at Heiland were both on the lot and they were so kind and so helpful. They did not have a lot of inventory but they did have just the right car for us. So when I was on a car hunt I had come across Matt at the Auto Source Unlimited and was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude.
