Norco Ace Hardware is a community-focused store that prides itself on being "the Helpful Place." With a dedicated and knowledgeable staff, customers consistently receive personal service and expert advice. The store is known for its wide selection of items, including niche construction supplies that are often hard to find elsewhere. Customers appreciate that they can find specialty screws, obscure bolts, and uniquely sized brackets in stock and organized correctly, unlike the larger big-box stores.
The friendly atmosphere is enhanced by staff members who are eager to assist, often sharing valuable insights during conversations. Reviews highlight experiences with staff who go above and beyond, such as helping customers find the right parts and providing practical solutions for their projects. The store also surprises shoppers with delightful finds, like artisan root beers.
Overall, Norco Ace Hardware is highly recommended for its great service, well-organized stock, and the commitment of its team to ensure a smooth shopping experience. It stands out as a reliable option for those seeking hardware needs without the frustration often associated with larger retailers.
I go in often for bird seed and palm food. The nice girl at front not sure her name but shes the best . She always assists me and has a employee help with loading up my basket with the bags of seeds and taking to my car. The employees here at this location are the friendliest and helpful. 10+ Norco Ace is the best... read full comment

Much better than the big box stores. Always an old man around that can actually answer a question. Don't have to worry about my truck getting broken into in the parking lot.

Got helped twice by Dave here, wide selection has everything I need. Highly recommend this spot for niche construction needs and for larger jobs.
