Trying to find a hat for the rodeo today, Staff was very helpful. Also had a return and they were extremely helpful with that as well.

Michael was outstanding! He was able to resolve a gift card problem. He spend 20 minutes on the phone with Boot Barn Customer Service to fix this issue. He is a great example of what customer service is supposed to be and I thank him so much for his help! He has earned my business!

Natalie was so incredibly helpful she helped me get my first pair of cowboy boots for me! And Andre the cashier was so nice as well everyone at that store has much patience and kindness thanks guys I will be back pretty soon 🤍
