I love that my daughters are able to try on the clothes and different style dance shoes before purchasing.”
“Nicolas is a great guy. He is building custom fitted boots. Western style is his specialty. However, he can make other leather goods like high-quality leather belts. He also repairs leather goods. Stop by and chat with him about getting a pair or some leather goods.
Update: Nicholas is also a specialist in orthopedic footwear.”

“Eddie was amazing. I came into this location after trying to find a pair of black rose old skool
Vans at the Moreno Valley store. The MoVal store called the Tyler location to make sure they had the size I needed. I went to the store a got the shoes but apparently the size of the shoe in the box wasn’t the correct size. By this time I had already gone all the way home. I called the store and got to speak to Eddie, he told me to come back and he would ensure I got the correct size. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of since I had to drive all the way back to the store for the shoes and it was a little bit of a distance. Great customer service, I will definitely be returning and recommending this location!”

“Two associates were phenomenal; young lady named Avery (pardon if misspelled). She was very friendly and super helpful going above and beyond to find some items for me, she was super nice and a great asset to the store. Same goes for a young gentlemen whom I did not get his name. He had thick black hair, I believe I was curly as well. He offered me a bag for my items and at the time I didn't think I needed it, however he saw me again and offered once again. I needed it the second time haha. Great choice of employees very professional.”

“I've tried many, many, many different shoe brands (Nike, Clarks, New Balance, HOKA, Brooks, Altra, ALDI, and practically every name brand in between) but few to none truly compare to Sketchers' offerings for comfort and wider shoe widths. I spent quite a long while at this location in finding a pair of shoes that worked just right for my situation, but the two sales associates working there at the time (one of them being the manager) were friendly, graciously helpful, and patient from the moment I walked into the store.
The manager is clearly passionate about working there, which I had a pleasant chat with regarding shoe suggestions, and who actually shared insight to me that he's disappointed that their supplier isn't providing them with a wider availability in sizes and wider widths of shoes.
Nonetheless, despite spending a while here before finding two pairs of shoes I liked, I'm pleasantly happy with my experience here, and look forward to coming back to this particular location for my next pair!”
“Great place to buy western wear. The people treated me like family. I showed up in California with a duffle bag full of work close and purchased a whole new wardrobe here to include all the accessories.
I really miss the family atmosphere there but I had to head back to Texas.
