What I love most about this company is their phenomenal customer service. Stephanie has been an amazing assistant—she has helped us greatly with our Rainbow Restoration clients by providing detailed information about the products, such as the different types of countertops (including quartz and more). She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, from countertops to kitchen cabinets and appliances like sinks and faucets. Our clients have been very satisfied with her professionalism and customer service skills.
I also want to highlight Bonnie, who was extremely helpful in assisting us with the credit card application process.

“Saw their curved shower door in a new camper and immediately wanted it for my rig. Did some digging and found SEA was the manufacturer. Emailed their customer service address and worked with Traico who was extremely helpful in my purchase of the entire door and an extra curtain for the future. Pricing is very fair and the quality of their products is top notch. Far superior product to the roll up shower door that came with my camper. “Edit:6 years later. I see they finally corrected their closing times to the correct time, so nobody else would be punished. Upgrade from 1 to 4 stars.
Just drive 35 miles to pick up some tiles for a job tonight. They were closed at 4:15. I am so screwed. I knew when they were in upland they closed at 4 but I did my homework and checked the internet and it says open until 5. You would think a company this big would have the decency to correct that, whether it is with Google or with their technical team. This is bullshit.”
“Went to Ferguson's for a specific part my husband needed for the sink. Since this is the first time I have been here, and I have no clue where anything would be, I waited for the person at the cash register to help. I didn't get his name, but he was super nice and helped me find the product my husband needed. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on the item, but the guy offered a replacement product that was similar but it wouldn't work for the sink we had. I appreciate the time he took to help me and I went to another Ferguson's and they had the part and I didn't need to ask anyone since I knew where it was from this Ferguson's. Will be back for my plumbing needs!”
