I am a hard stick and Jocelyn figured out from day one I need a butterfly needle as my vein runs sideways. She never hurts or even bruises me. She is the only reason I no longer dread going to get my blood drawn. Do not lose this employee, she is priceless.”

“I came here after a bad experience with another Quest location. The lab order from my doc didnt go through the system but I was emailed a copy.. This location and they were able to print the lab order for me. Maria B was so sweet and was able to help me out!

“Update. I had another fantastic experience at this Labcorp faciility. Alicia took my blood this time and I literally didnt feel anything. I mean it, a fly landing on my arm would have been more noticible. It is unbelievable how good these phlebotomist have gotten over the years. I will continue to use this facility indefinitely. “PRACTITIONER CHYRA KNOX (practicante CHRYA KNOX no es profesional, no venga a este lugar bajo NINGUNA circunstancia hasta que ya no trabaje allí o te arrepentirás) is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have come across working in the medical field within Southern California. I did not think it was possible that someone who interacts so poorly with other people could choose to work in a role concerning health and care. She takes out all of her anger, frustration, and complaints about her job and management on her unsuspecting patients regardless of how they treat her (not true of the other phlebotomists working on site).I had the displeasure of choosing this labcorp location for a drug test and SUFFERED the consequences. She likes to yell at patients taking drug tests but not with actual useful information such as the fact that drinking too much water after a short collection (water she intimidated me into drinking) could result in a dilute test until AFTER I gave the second collection which seemed like an incredibly malicious omission of information to me. This drug test was not only incredibly time sensitive for me but I am low income and had to pay 100 dollars to the testing agency I was using in order to restest (which i did at another Riverside location with more professional staff) something that could have been avoided if this practitioner had a modicum of interest in the well being of the patients she interacts with. (high stars are only to a voi d getting r emov ed).”
“Such a smooth appointment. In and out within 2 min of entering. I went online, created an account, and set up my appointment. Checked in while walking in and as I was getting comfortable in my chair was called and taken care of.”
“I got there a few minutes before open and there was already line with like 20 people in it. Took about 10 minutes to get checked in- be sure to drop of your order at the front desk, there are 4 tablets to check in so it moves pretty quick. Waited about an hour and 20 minutes before i called back, technician was nice and did a good job.
One thing to note is that when you check in, they say they will text you, but I never got the text. I waited in my car for like 30 minutes and waited the rest of the time in the lobby and heard my name called. So don't trust the text system, be sure you are inside after a certain time to make sure you hear you name called. This place is so busy its crazy, and appointments are booked like 3 weeks out. Overall, service was good though.”

“Quick and easy! Came here right when they opened at 9am even though my appointment was at 9:40.. I was hoping they could take me in a little earlier. I was instantly greeted with a hello from both Angee & Desiree! They literally are the sweetest ever. Check in was easy ipad all set to go and the cleanliness of their clinic was on point! I went in for a livescan and TB test and reasonable pricing.. I was called back within 10 minutes if that! Done within 5 minutes! Thank you ladies for making this process quick and fast .. with a smile on the side! I'll be referring this place now to whoever I come across that needs the services you provide! Parking was full but luckily they have another parking lot on the other side of the building. I was lucky and found one spot :)”
