“In my 76 years of life I dont think I have experienced two more friendly nurses than the two I encountered when I went to Quest in Lexington,Ky. Even though I was a walk-in with no appointment they
treated the same as those with appointments, and my wait was extremely short, around 25-30 minutes.Being afraid of needles since my military service I was pleasantly surprised that when drawing the blood samples I hardly felt it at all. Kudos to the two nurses that were their and Quest.”
“I visit this Lab location often. 2nd Floor Wing C Rm E207. I have always received friendly, efficient service. Today I was so lucky to speak to Mindy on the phone. I had a situation where I made a mistake yesterday. I live a little over an hour from the Lab. Mindy was so gracious, she offered to fax an order to my local Labcorp to prevent my having to drive back to Lexington. She did this with pleasure. Making things so much easier for me.
Thank You Mindy. You are a shining example of true Customer Service & an asset to your Department. I hope you get the praise you deserve.”
“I went to this UK clinic today and had a great experience! They said the wait would be over an hour, but we got called back less than 10 minutes of waiting. The nicest lady came in and checked my vitals and was incredibly calming and reassuring. I mean the best I’ve ever received in the doctors! I have anxiety and she said “We are here to help you, and if we can’t we have friends who can!” I mean just 10/10!! The Dr was amazing she was straight to the point without any feelings of being rushed or ignored. I will 100% be coming here from now on! I was out in less than an hour including the time I waited at the pharmacy! Also the building was very clean and inviting!”

“The lady at the front desk was smiling and friendly when I came in. I got seen in under 5 minutes. The lady that drew blood for labs and took care of my urine drug screen was friendly, professional, and proficient. I was happy with my visit and would recommend this branch for all lab needs.”

“I only come here when I’m at my worst. My doctor tells me to not take my meds before coming in. Today was the first day that I came in by myself. The lady was so kind and helpful when I told her I was having difficulties with the simple kiosk. I’ll be sure to use this location next time I have to get lab work done.”
