“I've had blood drawn here several times this year. They are friendly and accommodating. I'm a difficult stick and they always make it easy. Special praise for Paige who is stellar at the desk and with a needle. Jeremy hasn't stuck me but has been very nice over the phone and in the lab. The kiosk can be very glitchy, but Paige has taken care of every issue, even dealing with the main corporate office to get it fixed ASAP. The kiosk cost the extra star.”

“Received results before midnight of the same day.Testing staff was courteous and personable. Registered online before arriving at the test site. Gave 4 stars instead of 5, because the parking lot system was confusing. Vehicles pull up and wait for someone to verify their registration then direct them to the line to get tested. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason, any order, as to how vehicles come into the parking lot and are directed to the testing area. The person in the vehicle next to me had their window cracked so I asked them if they knew what was going on. There’s no directives regarding “the system.” If you don’t know, how do you know what to do? There’s one person working the parking lot area, checking people in and sending them to the testing line. There’s one person working the testing line. I did not wait very long before being directed to the testing line. However, I think I was directed to the testing line before others simply because I happened to pull up in the row where the staff member was verifying registrations…”
