He allowed my animal science students to stick around to observe and took the time to teach them about the disease we were dealing with, and explain everything he was doing every step of the way. Couldn’t be more grateful that SoCal Equine has started seeing small ruminants, or for Dr Castellanos’ care today. We will continue to call for all of our herd needs.

We did a one program with Carrie and she is phenomenal. She introduced our puppy to scent work, covered obedience, as well as introduction to protection. Carrie was also generous enough to help up with our GSD ear to stay up and provided us on insightful tips (which she did not have to but she generously did so). Thank you so o Carrie and the Team. They also provide boarding services for temperamental adult dogs which is reassuring to know. I trust this group with all my K9 needs. They’re kind enough to provide education and resources and also make it known it’s more about the dog than the money. Thank you guys, we look forward to working with you all on a routine basis.

We did the 6mo gun dog program. All I can say is get your dog on hand signals is the way to go. My dog just finished the season and he picked up over 300+ birds this year for his 1st year. I am more than please with the out come of my dog. His drive for birds is amazing, his obedience is rock solid, and is still our family dog.
Clay also takes the time with all of his customers and makes sure you understand your dog and how to work with your dog to set you and your dog up for success. If I was looking for a dog trainer Clay would be the only one I would call.

3699 Hamner Avenue, NorcoPeter has been my FAVORITE sushi chef for over 16 years, since my daughter was in the 7th grade, and finding him again at Crazy Brother Sushi honestly felt like coming home. He has always been amazing, consistent, and truly talented.
The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and made with care. On top of that, the experience is personal. He makes you feel like family, not just a customer. It was also such a pleasure meeting his beautiful wife.

We ordered birria tacos and asked for consomme on the side when we realized it did not come with it. Let me tell you, it did not need it! It was tender and juicy and full of flavor. It was not greasy. The tortillas were fresh and handmade and the Horchata was fresh and made on site. The menu has some unique flavor twists, like mango pico de gallo, and pickled red onions, which we will be back for. Staff was kind and attentive.

Baja Fish Tacos
2335 Hamner Avenue, NorcoReally enjoyed Baja Fish Tacos! This was my second time here, and I’ve had a good experience both times. We ordered the shrimp salad, fish taco, shrimp tacos, and potato tacos. Everything was really good, and I honestly liked all of it. The shrimp tacos were probably my favorite, but the fish taco and potato tacos were just as enjoyable. The shrimp salad was also fresh and a nice change from having only tacos.
I also have to mention the service. Our food came out really fast, and everyone was friendly. We didn’t have to wait long at all, which is always nice when you’re hungry.
They have a nice outdoor seating area too, which makes it a good place to sit and enjoy your food. There’s also plenty of parking, so parking wasn’t an issue at all.
Overall, it was just a really nice, easygoing experience. Good food, quick service, nice outdoor seating, and convenient parking. I’ve already been here twice and would definitely come back again whenever I’m craving tacos. It’s one of those places where you leave thinking, “Yeah, I’d come back here again.”

Scramblers Cafe
3699 Hamner Avenue # C, NorcoWe came here because the first place we went to was packed, just like the first time we tried going there. Scramblers also has a long line, but in comparison the wait was more reasonable. I've since removed the other restaurant from my list of places to go. Congrats to them for being so popular, but when people are forced to wait for an hour by default, it's an automatic turn off and they're losing customers.
Anyway, while waiting in line at Scramblers we had time to look at the menu which is a big sign hanging over the counter. When we first walked in, though, the sign was still far away, so I also brought the menu up on my phone.
I was glad there was a vegetarian Garden Crepe option and the cashier was accommodating when I asked for even more ingredients to be removed.
It was packed inside, so when we were asked we told her we'd prefer to sit outside.
Outside, there are small wooden signs with numbers on them and you go to the one you're assigned to. We were sat next to a tree which was appreciated because we got some shade.
There's also a table with condiments if you want to grab a bottle of ketchup or anything else you might want.
At the time I remembered thinking what a nice day it was to be sitting outside, but later learned the air quality was actually bad that day since there was a fire we didn't know about. Also, summers in general have bad air quality because the heat traps the pollution. Then again, even if we chose to sit inside, the door was open for people to line up, so we couldn't have escaped the bad air either way.
Also, Scramblers is on the corner of a busy intersection and I saw one car cutoff another car at the turn and the other driver honk and yell at the other driver, so not exactly the most peaceful place to sit down and eat.
Anyway, the food tasted good and I ate everything in one sitting.
After being to this plaza a few times now, I've learned that it's best to take whatever parking spot you can get even if it's far from the place you're going to. Scramblers is especially difficult to get to, so it was a bit of a walk to and from our car. I've said it before in other reviews, but I curse whoever planned the layout of this plaza, like what were they thinking? Still, there are enough places for us to want to try out to keep coming back.
