I had previously gone to another shop where they cut my dog's fur very short—despite my explicit request not to—so I was very careful to communicate clearly with the groomer, Cloris, this time. She did a beautiful job grooming my little dog, and I absolutely love the result. I will definitely return to see her, and I plan to bring my Maltipoo to her as well. The front-desk staff were also very friendly.

They’re always accommodating, flexible, and genuinely care about our dogs.
Our Saint (pictured) has been coming here since he was just a few months old, and the care and consistency have been incredible. Saint struggles with chronic ear infections, and they do an amazing job helping us maintain his ear cleanliness, which has made a huge difference. We absolutely love this business and highly recommend them to everyone.

The staff and doctors did everything to help our mare out but unfortunately the test results came in and we didn’t have many option. This one was a little disappointing.
Service: the people here were kind but there were mistakes in our order.
Also my vanilla shake was so thick, I needed a spoon. Not sure if this is operator error but I didn't enjoy it. I prefer the texture of a good milkshake.
Food: it tasted great as usual. But we got a wrong sandwich. They rectified it. My milkshake wasn't. It was like a blob of ice cream.
Venue: eating area was clean and comfortable. The restroom was not.

We have been coming here for over 3 years and still make the 35 minute drive because it is that good. The fish tacos are absolutely incredible and honestly the best we’ve ever had. Every single time we order, our food is ready in about 10 minutes and it’s always fresh and delicious. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the service is consistently outstanding. If you’re anywhere near Chino Hills, this place is a must try. We will definitely keep coming back for years to come.
