Alicia (or Alyssia I’m sorry if I’m butchering the spelling) and Eric were so amazing and sweet. I am unfamiliar with sending packages but they both made it so incredibly easy and I am better informed and A LOT more comfortable with sending out packages for next time. Please give these two employees a raise or something!! They are such an asset to this company. Even though I came in only a few minutes away from closing time they remained with a smile on their face the entire time and were so patient and kind. They made this crazy holiday shopping season a breeze! 10/10

Jerry was awesome. He helped us i came here after reading reviews and without a doubt it was awesome.
DO NOT VISIT ANY OF THESE STORES IF YOU ARE ANYWHERE NEAR EASTVALE... drive a few minutes extra to get exquisite service.

They are very upset nasty workers there who say nothing is in their pay grade they cant help us.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Alyssia at The UPS Store for her outstanding service! We came in to get some documents notarized and, despite the store being extremely busy with customers picking up packages and the added challenge of kids being loud and grabbing things from the shelves, Alyssia handled everything with absolute grace.
She was the only employee working at the time (since a coworker had called in), yet she managed to juggle everyone’s needs without ever appearing flustered or stressed. She kept calm under pressure, multitasked beautifully, and still gave us her full attention to make sure our notary needs were taken care of correctly.
Alyssia’s professionalism, patience, and ability to keep things running smoothly in such a hectic environment are truly impressive. She definitely deserves recognition — and a raise!

This place has the friendliest staff. And only once did it have a long line and I believe it was during the holidays. Anyway so easy to ship packages for returns back from Amazon here. They also have PO boxes and print services for a lot of your needs in a small ply wall of things you can buy. You can also drop off mail at this place.

This UPS store is great and it's employees are always super helpful every time I come in. I'd like to give a shoutout to Vivian who who went out of her way to help me pack an item. The time she took out to assist me was above what I have seen other employees at other locations do.

This store has excellent customer service and the associates were extremely helpful. We were able to ship out multiple things within the same day without any issues. They also offered to help pack up a heavier item for us. Definitely would recommend this UPS store for future shipping needs and other services.
