They came on time, for a multi-stop move, and kept in excellent touch throughout the move, which involved 3 cities. The owner, Anthony, is a jewel: efficient, careful, thorough, accommodating, and a wonderful exemplar of customer service.
One of the employees in the office was rude to me. I reported it, and Anthony had him apologize personally and indicated that he would provide more training in customer service. This level of responsiveness was very impressive.

They meticulously took apart and reassembled all our bed and couch, placing all the boxes (73 of them!) plus all the furniture precisely where we wanted it in the new home. “Marco’s team with his foreman Fonzi did an excellent job. We are remodeling 4-bedroom home and moved into 2-bedroom apartment. So we needed to put lots in storage and the rest in the apartment. They arrived promptly, all the movers were courteous and friendly with positive attitudes (we were delighted!), and they worked quickly and efficiently. We had an expensive sculpture and nothing was damaged or broken. They also helped pack which was great. Altogether I HATE MOVING but they made it as pleasant as possible and worked a very long day to get everything done! Well done!

“Great experience with this moving company for a local move. Eventhough I didnt clearly communicate my moving need, they were able to adapt and complete my move on schedule and professionally. The things they helped to pack were packed well. Nothing was damaged in the move from furniture to antique champagne glasses and pottery. Everyone wore masks throughout the move, and it felt as safe as possible in the current pandemic conditions. Tip your movers this is hard work during hard times!”

“We recently moved across country. Decided to use Chipman as they are affiliated with United van lines. Driver John was very professional and hired excellent help. Quenisha customer service was also amazing. Very thorough follow through and constant contact. She must've called me five times. The pick up was done at the time stated and the load was loaded. Very efficiently delivery was made within the given time frame, John and Juan unloaded it very fast, everything was great until I started to unpack the following day. Unpacking my TV. I noticed that there was some damage. I called Quenisha and explained the problems. She told me she would get in touch with claims. Claims then sent me a form to fill out which I filled out and emailed back. I received a response from claims with a number that was much lower than I anticipated, I contacted Quenisha and she said she would call claims and have them get in touch with me. Within five minutes I received a call from Bret claims, I then explained my side of the view which she listened to patiently. She then stated that she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Within a couple of hours she did call me back telling me that they would cover the entire amount. I judge a company not by how they do regular business but how they do business when there are problems. This company stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. A big thank you to John, Quenisha and Bret”
“Andrea at Budget is great! She knows what’s important when one requires storage and is an excellent guide! The pricing at Budget is also very reasonable. And Paul was very helpful when I first arrived to store. Hopefully my stay there will be short and I can move everything into my new home. In the meantime I feel my furnishings are safe at Budget.”

He did such a great job packing and securing my things in the truck for a very long drive! When he arrived in SD, everything was unloaded and reassembled within the hour!
